"they gave us a lower resolution version of the video" seems like a very small thing. i doubt the court will just kill the entire case over such a minor thing. at most the prosecution gets a slap on the wrist.
Iirc the Bigfoot photo was BECAUSE of the low res, which more than likely means they held the HD back in bad faith because a clearer image shows something that ruins their theory

There's a faggy group of "radical centrists" and leftists on the T&H supporters boards who bitch and moan at Null about "muh neonazis in AH", as if they aren't spergs too.
Null's just mad that people care more about this than his pet projects. If he had it his way, we'd be 800 pages deep in Chris' latest jailhouse schizo letter or relitigating the merits of some shitcoin instead of focusing on the case that could literally redefine the right of self defense in this country.

Brady violation. Blatantly. In direct opposition to the court.

Will the court do their job?

I called this out with my own viewing group during the closing arguments, when the prosecution briefly accidentally showed windows explorer. The file sizes were wrong for SD video. "Gosh, it sure would be bad if they were using the HD video during closing, because those file sizes are... odd for 30 seconds of potato-cam."

We are so fucked

If it's so simple, why does it happen so often? I hope this case enlightens those who didn't even know that prosecutors are elected (except for the ones who watched Law & Order), and they get thrown out next election cycle.
Because certain hotspots are fucking horrid top down. Don't get caught doing a crime in New Orleans.

Wisconsin, even in Milwaukee, isn't one of them.

It's clear you watched large portions, if not all, of the trial. It's also clear who hasn't.

Throwing it is one thing, throwing it by doing a Brady violation is another. Because that's probably the quickest single way to ensure you never work in law again.
It is insane to me that the prosecution is willing to go that far for this case, is Binger such a brain dead ideologue that he's willing to risk serious prison time to score a win? Has he done this before and it's never been caught until now cause this trial is being watched worldwide? He showed up to court with that gay star wars pin, so you know he's one of those "reeeesistance" types. It's pretty scary that there are people like that high up in the food chain that are willing to do evil shit so long as their side is the one that wins.

Did anyone see that movie Paycheck, where Ben Affleck does the thing with the hula girl? Well, the Crystal Blue-Balls 2021 Verdict predictor say forecast for tomorrow: Take caution in this sector, there is a citizen riot in progress!

(Sill more relevant than the fucking pizza sperg and the idiot thirst-posting about his twatter crush.)

Wonder if they can work in Jumpkick Man's identity being withheld as well. He could testify "why yes, good sir, I did indeed try to stomp this kid's face in." More likely he'd just plead the fifth.

But he could have helped the defense, and apparently that's the standard for withholding evidence to be a Brady violation. This is spicy.

I just don't like that he keeps your freedom of speech locked behind a paywall. But very lawyerly so he fits the stereotype and continues it unfortunately.

The only time your free speech is violated on his chat is when YouTube itself censors it, or one of his more-important-than-thou faggot moderators violates his clearly stated policy of only suppressing spammers.
SyronJag comes to mind.

Edit: and I see someone mentioned having to sub - he had to do that to keep out commercial spammers who came in with the influx of new viewers.

Holy fuck this is so obvious. I did briefly think the footage shown by the prosecutor during close was a bit clearer, but I just thought I was being dumb and just imagining things.
This isn't just mistrial worthy, this is one of the few things that actually make appeals courts -pissed-. Brady violations are one of the -very- few things that are consistently, as in almost all cases, successfully appealed and often appealed -with prejudice-.

He just got it, and it was only properly revealed... yesterday. This might be why Agent 47 was grinning ear to ear.

Here's the thing, a bulletproof appeal is grounds for an immediate mistrial if the trial is still ongoing. This was just revealed yesterday. This is... basically unignorable by the judge.
So based on how much of a colossal fuckup this appears to be, could the judge theoretically open court tomorrow and immediately throw the case out with prejudice before anything else happens? Because based on what you're describing, it sounds like where we're going now that this complaint is out in the press.
