Your cat Checkers who was a beloved cat and a good cat got up onto the counter and ate a large amount of Country Crock butter. We had one of the large tubs that is about the size of a small pizza in diameter and 6-8 inches tall and it was almost full when we left it but when we got back there wasnt any usable butter left and the cat was collapsed and asleep in the crawlspace. when she saw us get home she came toward us and started meowing a lot we could tell she had eaten the butter because she was larger and her fur was greasy especially around her mouth and paws

We put garbage bags on our hands and picked up the cat and took her to the vet who said that her cat cholesterol was through the roof so bad that the cat was in physical pain. We tried to bargain with the doctor but it didnt work and we went home.

She was placed in her cat bed and we tried to nurse her back to health by feeding her eyedroppers full of water and cat food but she wasn't having it she just meowed and got fatter by the hour as her body processed more and more of the butter. her meow slowly changed more into a moan and then a wail and then when we got out of the room (beause it was scary) the cat started following us from room to room and moaning and wailing and getting fatter and more horrible. we were being chased around by this terrible cat sometimes to the point of having to hide in closets and listen for it going down the hallway patrolling the house looking for us and screaming.

after midnight we noticed that instead of walking down the stairs the cat would let itself fall down the stairs to get down after us and it was wheezing hard. it was about now that yyour mother felt that the cat was in too much pain and that we had to do the unthinkable. we waited until sun-up for the cat to fall asleep in the dining room and she grabbed it and we brought it to the garage.

Now before I tell you this I want you to please not judge me because this cat was going nuts and her arteries were showing through her fur and everything

Your mother firmly but gently placed the cat's fat head behind the tire of the old jeep and we decided that i should back over it. in one instant the cat was in the happiest place possible where it was no longer fat and scary. This action left a stain on the garage floor that we explained to you as a miscarriage. we said your mom was pregnant and she didn't know it until her hooty chamber burst open into a sea of blood and various tissues but that was a lie it was your cat.

This is NOT why we were talking about kittens earlier!

Prosecution's scumminess has perhaps reached critical mass. Hard R and Agent 47 are going to press for a mistrial with prejudice.

They sight that the state gave the defense potato-quality video while the prosecution had HD footage. The state also allegedly has the identity of Jumpkick Man and did not inform the defense.
Not much, just that Binger got exposed for a Brady violation

Hahahahahah get fucked.
I have little faith in it but god that's great.

I am almost terrified to know where you are getting all of this from? I'll give you blood splatter is largely BS. Second only to DNA. Which is less "pseudo science" as it is wrongfully presented by prosecutors.

Fire Analysis I actually have quite a bit of first hand knowledge of. And I know who and where they do the actual science regarding it. And as long as nobody is trying to pull CSI/NCIS tv show levels of crap with "magic chemical fire formulas" etc, it's actually rather easy to do at least a fairly basic analysis of a fire. As long as there is not a total devastation of your scene from an extremely high temperature fire it's pretty easy and straightforward to read a fire scene. It is very easy to determine point of origin. It's fairly easy to work out the temperatures of the fire at various points. It's not difficult to trace the path and spread of fire throughout a building. You can generally pretty easily determine the nature of the origin, be it electrical, petro chemical, mice with matches, etc. And much of that is simply putting the scene back together and figure out potential ignition sources. And yeah all of it is largely backed up by peer reviewed sciene. Fire Engineering is a thing. Among the big labs doing Fire Testing are the NFPA, NASA, the NTSB, Several National Labs, Underwirter Labs, Other Labs that work for the Insurance Industry. It's just there isn't a lot of classic "Academic" work on the subject. It's primarily Industrial and Government Transportation industries. Although one of my University Chem Professors was scary good with High Temperature stuff and could make fire do shit that you would have to see to believe. His specialty was Solid Rocket Fuel.

This isn't to say that Fire Analysis doesn't occasionally get abused by prosecutors. The best examples is claims of who and how million acre western wild fires get started. Yeah, no. Just nope. Unless somebody saw them start the fucking thing, 99% of any forensic analysis of that shit is pure fanfiction. At best you might be able to find the point of origin and determine if it was a campsite? Or you can kind of tell if it was a lightning strike as those look very different than fires started by stoned hobos smoking weed.

Anyway I'm wandering off point, my point is more your post is I know one of your claims is 100% incorrect. I know this from first hand knowledge. So given that, how much weight should I give to the rest of your claims?

Fire science is called science, but most often the "science" is in name only. Most "expert" witnesses called to the stand, have no background in science, often they're firefighters with a 2 year degree who have been firefighters for a while. And the things they attest to have have no basis in science. They haven't been formally trained in the scientific method, they've never conducted scientific experiments on fire forensics on peer review. Their "expert testimony" consists of some layman firefighter saying based on what I've seen I can conclude "x" is what happened. And these expert witness testimonies have been proven hokum fantasy through exoneration again and again.

Let's strip this down a bit, shall we? And return to Kyle Rittenhouse's actions. Kyle Rittenhouse shut down all riots nationally and abroad within three fucking minutes. For three months, chaos reigned in every major American city and in many overseas.

Comes Kid Kyle, a boy who responded to a summons, who could not find protection and still set forth on his own into danger. This dumb-ass actually escaped an ambush trap set by those who saw him coming and considered him easy meat. In Rosenbaum's case, that snap judgment proved fatal because if 17 year olds possess absolutely no other redeeming qualities, they are fast-twitch reflex machines.

Oh wait - your side still has numbers? Call out for reinforcements! And make sure it happens before he makes the police line! Cranium that boy!

Kyle Rittenhouse killed two people who were absolute scum, not just because of their actions that night, but because of their actions on many nights before. He wounded another person society would never miss if he was gone. And he did this all within three goddam minutes.

Three days later, then-Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris said "enough is enough", but even that was too late because the riots were done. Completely stopped.

The next governmental body with any sort of balls at all should award Kyle Rittenhouse the highest civilian medal they are entitled to bestow. Not because he's a right-wing hero or anything of the sort. But because he's an American hero who stopped all the looting, burning, and rioting with just eight shots in three minutes.

That makes leftist dominance even more frustrating. They are a bunch of weak cowards. Makes sense, also explains Bingers utterly insane behaviour. Without the Rittenhouse incident OR in 2021 emboldened by what is essentially a ban on self defence antifa would be able to run wild over the DNC's enemies. Terrifiying thought that one party gave up democracy entirely. I was always taught to hate Republicans growing up in Germany. They were the enemies of progress and the planet at school here. Don't get me wrong, the RNC are scum, but clearly the lesser of two evils right now.

Dude is GOOD at getting away. Two escapes is pretty damn amazing.
One of the more horrifying things I discovered when dragging through the records is that there is something over 100 escapes/year in Kenosha County. That means ~0.1% of the county population yearly escapes the police. I don't know how that stacks with the rest of America but it is disconcerting.

Depending on the wind conditions & air pressure, wildfires can be easily traced to a source. Especially with more vertical burn scars.
Even without you can "read" the aftermath to see when the fire jumped from underbrush to midstory and misdtory to canopy.

"Escape" isn't even running from police. That's a different statute.

Escape is walking away from a cell you were ordered to remain in for a fixed period of time.

Kenosha.. radioactive?

edit: I wouldn't be surprised if .1% of the population in Kenosha at any given moment are criminals passing through from Chicago. Maybe they just say "fuck it", open the door, and nudge them towards the border.

Rackets is claiming the flufferboy email address is real, or is at least entertaining the idea.
Anyone know where the (presumed fake) dox was found?
The best I found is Cop Blaster, but that might be a secondary source as well. They have some opinions about all this. Some of which might be considered rather based.

Kenosha ADA Thomas Binger was leading the charge in court earlier today against Kyle Rittenhouse by getting him held on a king's ransom of $2,000,000 on two counts of murder despite the fact that video evidence clearly shows that Rittenhouse was defending himself (https://copblaster.com/blast/25933/…). We reviewed the criminal complaint as well as the video footage of the incident in correct chronological order and concluded that Rittenhouse was defending himself.

We at Cop Blaster hate blue backers, so we would normally not advocate for a Back the Blue supporter like Rittenhouse, but what we hate even more is charging people with crimes they did not commit. That is why we are supporting Rittenhouse's self defense claims in this case. We believe that he was attacked by Joseph Rosenbaum, a convicted sex offender with a prior conviction for molesting a minor (https://copblaster.com/blast/25931/…), was running from Rosenbaum trying his best to flee, and only shot him when Rosenbaum closed within feet of him. It was after that self defense shooting that people started chasing him down the street yelling stuff like "he just shot somebody," "beat him up," and "get him" before he fell, Anthony Huber hit him in the head with a skateboard, and only then did Rittenhouse start shooting.

The arguments made by Mr. Binger and others on the government's side today painted the opposite picture. Most vocal was John Huber, the father of Anthony Huber. He lied to the court by saying "he was two businesses away when he chased that guy down and shot him in the head." Nothing could be further from the truth, if you don't believe us watch the video (https://copblaster.com/blast/25930/…). Unfortunately, there is next to nothing that defense lawyers can do about people lying in court at bail hearings, especially if they are named as victims in a case or are family members dead named victims. Mr. Huber's statements were not under oath, so he can't be charged with perjury. Defense lawyers are always hesitant to call people like Huber out in court out because judges are more likely to get mad at them for attacking a "victim" than they are to discount what the "victim" said. This allows anyone named as a "victim" by the government to use bail hearings as a soap box to spread lies with impunity.

Huber's comments were followed by those of attorney Kimberly Motley on behalf of Gaige Grosskreutz. Grosskreutz was the armed man whose arm was nearly shot off after pulling a gun on Rittenhouse. Grosskreutz has become a bit of a media drama queen since the incident going around crying about his arm. Motley said that her client feared for his safety, that Rittenhouse is a flight risk, danger to the community, etc., and although she made some statements of opinion that we do not agree with, we could not identify any materially false statements.

Court Commissioner Loren Keating then set bail at $2,000,000 noting that the charges are serious and Rittenhouse had left the state only to be returned after contested extradition hearings. The amount of $2,000,000 is not unusual when a defendant faces two counts of murder, especially for the first appearance, so we don't think Keating did anything out of the ordinary by setting it so high. If anything, this bail amount shows one of many flaws in the system. A system where a defendant will lose at least a year of his life to pretrial detention despite clear and convincing video evidence showing that he acted in self defense.

It is the job of prosecutors like Binger to make their decisions based on the law and the evidence, not public opinion. Just because there is an enormous public outcry demanding something be done does not justify doing something. People that disagree with us typically argue irrelevancies like his gun being illegally possessed, him traveling across state lines, or the fact that he knew his presence would be unwelcome. None of those things forfeited his right to self defense. He had a duty to retreat, which he did his best to do, and that was it. The only chance the government has at a conviction is if they get an unreasonable jury that votes with their hearts instead of their minds like most jurors do. That is why it is on prosecutors not to make charging decisions based on what they think most jurors would want because most jurors want what they want and don't care about the law. Due to a complete lack of proper checks and balances at the trial court level this case will most likely be left in the hands of an incompetent jury to decide. That is of course unless Rittenhouse gets a good judge in which case a judge trial would be better. A good judge would conclude that there is zero evidence of Rittenhouse provoking people for the specific purpose of provoking a response that would justify self defense. That is the only way that Rittenhouse's conduct could legally not be considered self defense. People say to us online that his presence alone was the provocation. If that argument were to work in court it would mean that nobody who open carries could legally defend themselves if they do it around people they know would be offended by their presence.

Public records contain the following information about Thomas Binger:

"Escape" isn't even running from police. That's a different statute.

Escape is walking away from a cell you were ordered to remain in for a fixed period of time.

Kenosha.. radioactive?
Oh, TIL. I don't understand the exact legal terminology. IANAL after all.
