If the low resolution video is the defense's fuckup for downloading a thumbnail preview, they should really supplement the motion with Jump Kick Man.
I'd be very surprised if this is the case given that file sharing between prosecutors and defense is a pretty routine thing nowadays.

Back from work and catching up. I'm hearing shit about this shit show possibly ending with Binger's arrest. This true? Did I miss something?

Of the top of my head, Glenn Kurtzrock in New York only received a two year suspension from the bar for FABRICATING EVIDENCE IN A MURDER TRIAL.

To say that the bar has a light touch on prosecutorial misconduct is like saying the sun is mildly warm.

The prosecution for the Zimmerman trial, among other things, literally fabricated their main witness.

Short of Binger pulling a gun on the defense, the defendant, the judge, or the jury, nothing will end with Binger's arrest. He might face disciplinary actions and maybe even be disbarred, but he's not going to jail for anything he's done here.

Fantastic article outlining the reasons that not only should a motion for retrial with prejudice [no retrial] have been granted, but why Binger should face serious consequences for his misconduct:

That's this whole trial.

It's really troubling that a kid shooting people beating his ass was an issue, it's troubling that defending property has become something that doesn't allow physical force, it's troubling that all this prosecutorial conduct has occurred and everyone's so used to it that it's like "Eh, that's lawyers for you".

Assuming Kyle gets off, I hope everyone isn't so distracted by that small win that they forget that none of this should've existed to begin with.

To me, "nazi" has nothing (necessarily) to do with racism. It is about state-supported thuggery. People who gleefully kill (even thugs who deserved death like Floyd) on cam, so sure that the power of the state makes them untouchable--are nazis. But YMMV.
In that case, the words your're looking for are "Socialist" or "Totalitarian". Specific subtypes of the above, such as Communism, Fascism and National Socialism/Naziism all denote a specific motivation for being the above.

i wonder how much of the websites resource are being siphoned by this one thread with thousands of posts within short amounts of time?
if kyle gets aquitted, this place will crash the site i'd assume.

i really want mistrial with prejudice.
or acquittal

Does anyone in America actually know what nazism is? Anyone!
