A couple people might hang out in front of the building, but their number will dwindle the longer they have to wait. So there's that, at least
I have to disagree. Currently it is mid 50s in Kenosha, which is like a heat wave compared to the cold weather they have been getting. Everyone is itching to get and stay outside because in reality, this is the last warm day for months.

If the low resolution video is the defense's fuckup for downloading a thumbnail preview, they should really supplement the motion with Jump Kick Man.
The prosecution didn't say a word during the trial, where, i think, the low res version was the one that was shown ad nauseam.

My theory:
The prosecution willingly gave the defense a low res version, willingly used that same version during the trial so no one would tell they were making up facts, and only got the high res version out when they were cornered and needed to convince a judge who was leaning toward the "too blurry to be admissible" side.
Furthermore, Nick Rekieta brought up this question today: Why does the low res version even exist? Well, if you have a high res video, and want to add a few black pixels in it, downsizing it, and then upsizing it back to "enhance" it would be a good way to do it while pretending you don't have any better option...

Remember that the ones deciding the punishment for slimy, unethical lawyers are slimy, unethical lawyers.

Combine this with being a political case near and dear to the Democrats and nothing short of pulling the trigger on the gun will have Binger face any disciplinary action.
That is tremendously cynical, sir. You say it like the National Lawyers Guild actively assisted terrorists or something.

With prejudice means kyle gets slammed with wrongful death civil torts and odds are good bingers butt buddy will sit one of those trials.
with prejudice measn they cant try it again due to double jepoardy.
also, who would sue kyle and be able to win.
we'd run through the evidence again wouldnt we?
Edit: unlike the OJ case, everyone attempting to sue kyle has serious problems.

i wonder how much of the websites resource are being siphoned by this one thread with thousands of posts within short amounts of time?
if kyle gets aquitted, this place will crash the site i'd assume.

i really want mistrial with prejudice.
or acquittal
And the poor jannies have to clean up all the concern trolling and the retards responding to it.

I dont want to be niggative but delaying has immensely increased the chance of guilty. All these jurors just went home for the night and got a non-stop brainblast of propaganda from their news channels and the protestors outside. How this is allowed is beyond me.

Seeing the trial in person, then watching the news, just disillusions people on the news and left narrative, that's a big part of why Reddit hubs like /r/news and /r/wisconsin switched to Kyles side, if you believe what the comments are all saying there.

Though any BLM/Antifa infiltrators in the jury will still be there, and if there is even one "true believer" there then I don't expect them to ever budge, their entire personal identity would be attached to what they're trying to do.

Standard of evidence and rules are different for a civil case.

OJ is the most famous example of this playing out. Where he was found not guilty and then lost the civil trial

The difference is that OJ was guilty as fuck. There was plenty of evidence to prove it, but juuuuust not enough to actually prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

Where as Kyle is much, much more secure in terms of evidence.

Does anyone in America actually know what nazism is? Anyone!
I sure do, and I could tell you all the good news about it, with pictures and diagrams. I could even teach you how to march if you want, it's a fun team building activity! Do you speak German, or will I be translating for you?
