Jury had a question: if we watch video is it in private or in the courtroom
Prosecution and Defense agree in the courtroom (with no one there)
Defense brings up that they filed a mistrial based on the video being passed over from pros to defense being the wrong size/length.. also correct video wasn't given until evidence is closed
mistrial also based on the image editing software website says the software is "for investigative purposes only, not for court evidence"
Also don't want them to ask to view the video in question because of these problems
Judge: rambles about public scrutiny.. really wants jury to make decision
Judge: how many times should they be able to watch it
Binger: as much as they want
Richards: only a certain number of times, would put emphasis on evidence
Judge: we'll see what the rule is and do it by the book
