Maybe I have the benefit of hindsight.. but how did the defense not look into the software that was being used. It was open to see on the website of the software that it wasn't to be used as evidence. That would've taken care of this issue (potentially) last week.

Is a 16 year old dating a 20 year old even THAT big a deal? Admittedly I don't know the AoC in Wisconsin, nor honestly the cultural opinion on relationships between people of those ages, but depending on how they know one another, I don't really know if Black being 20 precludes McKenzie being 16.

Ideally: Death penalty.

Realistically: Disbarment/arrest(?) A smaller promotion

In Binger's case: Maybe nothing. Depends how many strings can be pulled.

How much oestrogen is in the water in the US that seven year old boys look like that? Nigga c'mon.

As Rackets is explaining, Schroeder has other cases to handle as well, so he hasn't had a chance to fully read the motion for mistrial. There's no reason to pause the jury's deliberation process so he can decide on mistrial.
I'm not saying he should pause.
I'm saying he could put down the cookie catalogue and take a quick look.

If its digital he can look at it on the shitter. Just a quick look. Don't disturb the jury, just drag the attorneys off camera and talk about it.

I dunno. I'm no expert. I'm just disappointed.

Edit: I know I'm exceptional, but this is the most autistic shit I've seen in a long time.

Can we all agree that as soon as the jury went to deliberation (and even before that), everyone including the judge started to get cold feet?
  • Binger keeps fucking up by opening his mouth and doing stupid shit, judge keeps giving him a bajillion chances
  • Defense keeps bringing up motion to mistrial, judge keeps holding it off
  • Jury not only asks for more copies of instructions, but asks fucking reetarded questions
  • Now judge is trying to "remain un-biased" because of the shit talking MSM has been doing about him
That's what it looks like to me.
Like I said a couple nights ago, I wouldn't be surprised if everyone involved, including the state, would be happiest with a hung jury; I mean, it wouldn't be just from the point of sanity, but this trial has gotten so far out of hand with the circus of faggotry that I wouldn't blame anyone involved for just going "Well we just couldn't decide! Prosecution is going to review evidence and consider their options for a retrial" then just do nothing and let everyone move on. Wind gets taken out of the sails of the rioters, no decisions for judge/jury to get flak for, prosecution gets out without looking like they backed down...it wouldn't be the satisfying outcome, but it would be the one with the least immediate collateral.

I'm doomering because Schroeder hasn't even considered the defense's position and has been all sorts of assblasted about the media.

I'll get over myself but god I hate Binger.
He doesn't really need to read the motion when Richards has already summarized everything that he asked for verbally.

Okay, before everyone loses their minds again, let's get on the same page about the motion to dismiss:

-The judge states that he is still reading the motion. He only got it night before last, he was busy yesterday, and there's good odds that he's reviewing the court transcript to double-check it. It was not a factor of the discussion that just happened.
-A mistrial can still be declared after the verdict but before the sentence is declared, which is the judge's job. The window of opportunity does not pass until he closes it.
-This judge, being who he is, will review the motion to dismiss in full before making a decision on it.
