Schroeder and his family have been getting death threats for most of this trial, that's been confirmed.
Man probably use them in place of wallpaper in his spare room, like that scene in Kingsman where Lancelot has a shitload of newspapers covering his wall that were the headlines the day after he after a massive crisis.

You think the judge himself got threatened?
I don't think that's what he's worried about (but he definitely has). Just watching him through the trial he likes doing it by the book and citing other cases and telling stories to explain how he's thinking. I think he's upset that his way of doing things is making people mad and he wants this case to be given in an acceptable manner to the public. I think he truly wants to be a fair/honest/good judge

Of course. Any person regardless of political leaning is threating everyone. You got weirdos saying they are going to assfuck the twink prosecution and commie retards saying they will lynch the judge.

Gonna be like that everyday on high-profile cases until the end of time.
Not even high-profile, fuck about with some drug dealers and you'll get threats.

Or until a few of these fucks (not just right, but LEFT as well) get arrested and very publicly hammered with long prison sentences for doing same--i.e., sometime after the greatest man who ever lived B. Obama and his sainted New Nazi Party progeny are no longer our unfettered Lords & Masters. Long may that day be delayed!

His tech dude says this is some shit the jury is watching.

Oh, hey, look what I just spotted.

Judging by the line of black pixels across Kyle's front, either that is the rifle being held muzzle-up in his left hand, or that is the medic bag sling riding from his right shoulder to left hip. The pic doesn't even hold up to a basic zoom, let alone any standard of evidence.

He just now explained why that is and made it clear he'll review it properly.
I don't know the procedure here, maybe it's a yugioh trap he can play after the jury does their thing to give them a chance to find not guilty first, wouldn't it be better for them to just clear him? To be clear I'm not an expert on yugioh either, this is not dueling advice
At this point it doesn't matter if he does it now or after the Jury returns. A mistrial with prejudice ruling made after the Jury begins delberation is Appealable. A jury verdict of not guilty is not. From the Judges point of view it is better to wait and see if the jury acquits. As that is much cleaner. At the least they will likely acquit on some charges removing them from mistrial consideration.

He should have never let this get to the jury. But once he did the better play is to let it roll.
