Not really. There are several problems. The first is that this would be Kyle switching to a wrong handed grip for some reason. The second is that the blob they are claiming is his support hand is there before Kyle walks up and the third is that the IR footage from the drone shows the protrusion that the state claims is Kyle's barrel has a human temp heat signature. It's Kyle raising his arm not his gun.
