Whatever you think of Barnes, the point is valid that if you have Twitter users on the jury, they will vote Guilty no matter if the case is obvious because MUH SCARY GUNS.

More thourough jury selection would've told the Twitter crazies to fuck off and we would've been done yesterday.
That's actually an interesting question. Can you actually ask jurors if they use twitter and who they follow? I wouldnt think so but I've been wrong before.

He doesn't. But this is exactly what he wants. If he couldn't get his fame by being the center of the trial, he'll get it by trying to dance on the ashes.

And if he had a part in pouring some of the gasoline, well...
Still sperging because your buddy got dunked on by a slimeball?

"Do you have a Twitter account" should have been a jury question. Fucking boomers.

Not gonna lie Gehenna's seething about Barnes' mere existence is getting kind of old.
I'd seethe less if I could say what I wanted. But a quick chat with my firm's lawyer says it'd be a bad idea. So I get to sit here and stew about it.

Definitely not good for my health.

Why do juries have to be 100% unanimous again?
To try and help prevent innocent people from being sent to jail, usually getting 12 people to agree on a verdict is actually much easier than it sounds, the problem is when you throw rogue jurors into the mix who refuse to listen to either a lack of evidence or a overwhelming amount of evidence for one reason or another.

Getting some chauvin vibes from this thread, everybody there was so sure he was gonna walk...
I need some ID for those milkers
Schroeder and his family have been getting death threats for most of this trial, that's been confirmed.
Are the feds doing anything about it?
Of course. Any person regardless of political leaning is threating everyone. You got weirdos saying they are going to assfuck the twink prosecution and commie retards saying they will lynch the judge.

Gonna be like that everyday on high-profile cases until the end of time.
Sure but they fear the lefties because they actually go and do something
