How is this not a mistrial due to everything that has come out with the drone footage? The drone footage the prosecution has rested their entire theory of the case on?
I voted acquittal at the start of the trial, I haven't changed my vote, but holy shit if Kyle is found guilty how does anyone have any faith at all in the US justice system. Yes I'm aware there shouldn't be any faith in at now at all but my point still stands. It will be like living in the Soviet Union 2.0 in the specific sense that people had no faith in the goverment at the end, knew they were lying and unjust and it's only a matter of time for it to collapse on itself.
If the people don't have faith in it's goverment or state, the goverment and state will collapse. The election already damaged at least half of the countries faith seriously and the fallback is the institutional rules people assume will be played fairly to both sides. This trial is public enough to show to enough of the normie population that the rules are not there anymore.
