so fatty is basically like "ITS OUTLOOK'S FAULT, NOT OURS" as if it's not their fault they send videos and it becomes potato quality? As if they couldn't just throw it on a thumb drive or something easier?
This babbling about the bigfoot video is just getting annoying, how many hours are they going to spend going in circles like this?

Lolz remember all the people in the thread last night claiming the brady violations would lead to an instant mistrial with prejudice?

Did you fuckers not watch the Chauvin trial? I don't know how you could have watched that trial and stayed so optimistic about the courts and political trials. Kid was fucked from the start.

My old man talked to me about this case on a call the day after the judge yelled at Binger for trying to pull off the 5th amendment play. I went "oh, this judge is pretty good on making things run smooth". "No he isn't, he's too soft, just watch this trial play out, he will show himself to be too soft in the coming days" said my old man.

Turns out his read was correct. The amount of dirty tactics and testimony to things such as witness tampering attempts and failing to give the defence all evidence and so on, and the judge just going "but I want to see things through" makes him way too soft and influenced by the politics surrounding the case and wanting there to be "proper closure" rather than doing what should be done in respect of all this prosecutorial misconduct.

What didn't the judge find particularly persuasive? Fatass?
If I heard that correct, the fatty's argument of "why didn't the defense object to our fuck up prior to them knowing we fucked up???" wasn't persuasive to the judge.

"It's in there, we might as well follow through with it." Okay I'm ready to take the judge's cookies away. This is a kid's life we're talking about.

This thread feels like watching the fucking superbowl with my friends. Every movement in the field and everybody jumps screams like they're having a mental breakdown. Meanwhile I'm here with a beer and the snacks, just watching the plays.
Feels exactly like watching the Superbowl to me too, because I have no idea who is on what team or even where the goalpost is.

What stream are people watching on? The Ruptly one keeps bugging out and I don't want to listen to David Pakman's whining

The defence knows the judge probably doesn't want to declare a mistrial with prejudice, and that the state probably won't bring the case up again if a mistrial is declared. The defence believes that a mistrial without prejudice is easier to obtain and still means Kyle gets to walk.
That's a hell of a chance to take with kyle's life.
