Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

“Is there a surgery to make my hands bigger? I have severe dysphoria about my fingers (I’m 4’9) — is there a way to elongate my fingers to 6”?”
I mean technically yes.

It isn't pleasant.

I had this surgery at the age of 19 to fix a birth defect. It sucked balls

This troon got a colon GRS, but the surgeon didn't properly anchor it to his pelvic bone, so it kept prolapsing:

Horrifying enough, right? Wait until you see this particular detail concerning his medical past:

How could any surgeon believe that a man who's had his bladder removed (and thus undergone considerable alterations to their uro-genital tract) would be a good candidate for this kind of Frankensteining?

Yeah, no thanks. Just get a guy to fuck you in the ass, there would be no difference.
The Ascending Colon? The Ascending (and Descending) Colon are bound to the posterior abdominal wall with peritoneum. You cannot mobilize it. Most shit-chute vaginas are made with the Sigmoid colon?
The human body wasn't meant to be arranged and rerouted. When reading this, all I could hear was a clown horn honking.

So, you’re saying there’s a chance

It still amazes me how they think you can just cut things and move things around to get the look you want with out any problems.
I'm always baffled how the concept of "least harm for maximum product" doesn't apply here. Like at some point general first gen antipsychotics will do more to make them less dysphoric than a total rib cage realignment. And the only reason they can do this to begin with is because apparently they fall over dead if they don't get it.

This is your daily reminder that the Nazi hypothermia experiments at Dachau were actively enabled by the inventor of the vaginoplasty:

Doctors who like to experiment... like to experiment.

Wait no Hitler burned all those sex change books. There's no way the based freedom fighting Troon doctors I see in my WWII videogames were practicing dangerous and untested medical procedures on people unable to consent using their positions as doctors to gain public trust!

lol. Handlet.

This troon had GRS and is now feeling "depressed to the point of suicidal":

41_when.jpg

OP: "I'm now down £10k and have urination issues. I want to kill myself. Are these thoughts normal?"

Echo chamber: "It's very normal and you will get past it."

Uhhh... Well, they're not technically wrong. Doing an "an hero" does indeed technically cure depression if you define "curing depression" as no longer experiencing it.

I decided to go down the rabbit hole with this account to see what else they've posted and found this:

So, they have BPD (borderline personality disorder), a disorder whose key component is identity disturbance, and yet this individual was considered a good candidate for bottom surgery?

EDIT: typo

They "don't regret anything" but they want to kill themselves....

the-cognitive-dissonance-is-strong-in-this-one.jpg

70% of BPDs attempt suicide and 10% succeed.

They want to kill themselves because the magical yellow brick road is over, they've allowed the internet to coach them this far and they've made it to the emerald city of GRS only to find it is a shit line sewer of rancid yeast and stink.

What to do? What to do?

Anyone who's ever dealt with a borderline knows that they can never commit to anything. Any trend, hobby, profession, political view, relationship, religious belief... They will fizzle out of steam and move on to something else. Usually within days or weeks, but sometimes the cycles last slightly longer. This identity-diffused troon lacks the basic cognitive and emotional maturity to commit to a serious cross-gender identity, but the surgeon who inverted his dick assured that he can never go back to living as a regular man.

Well played, truly.

Dude gave up Christianity...for Troonery & mangled genitals. He couldn't just stop believing in god & still be a normal member of society. Nope, he had to become a degenerate Yuri obsessed Freak in a dress. And now it's over. He gave up Christianity, his fertility, his genitals, name, old life & the chance of a normal relationship with a woman...for the horrifying madness that is trans ideology. Now he either has to live with his decision or 41% himself. Not matter what he does, his genital butcher has his money and is laughing all the way to the bank. There are already the next 10 troons on his doorstep.

The Institut für Sexualwissenschaft in interwar Berlin was basically ground zero for troonery in the West.

Now, I'm not the biggest fan of the Nazis for reasons we don't need to get into here, but I will say that their book-burning of the Institute's archives was undeniably based.

As long as it functions, why do you need to "find" it? As a woman I have never worried about where my urethra was, or gone looking for it since it has always worked for the purpose it was designed.

Unless for some reason you needed to use a catheter theres no reason to poke around for it.

I wonder if this idiot was into sounding and wants to continue, without realizing the penis is allegedly what makes that feel good. I don't think I've ever heard of sounding on women.
That sounds painful. :story:

Omg, she is suggesting the fucking surgeon pinched this poor woman's nipples before he cut them off knowing that she is going to feel it constantly because phantom feelings also can be the last thing you felt (like grabbing onto something) before your limp was destroyed.
:stress: :stress:

I absolutely can believe that's what's happening and I'm shocked but not surprised if some sick fucking butcher actually does that.
Lmao this was from a few pages ago but the thought of a surgeon giving a patient’s nips one final squeeze is getting me pretty good right now.

That's actually buying into the troon colonization of LGB history when people (on either side of the issue) say that. While there probably was some material there on proto-transgender cases like Lili Elbe, nobody involved in the famous burning incident knew or cared, and modern trans ideology bears very little resemblance to what was going on back then.
The burning of the IfS was specifically an anti-gay action - the Nazis were very clear about this in their many newspaper editorials on the topic.

Things like this are just tragic. You and I can read it and indulge our sense of morbid fascination for a few moments and then forget about it and get back to normal life, but the people writing these posts are going to be dealing with the awful consequences of their decisions for decades. I'd rather get cancer than go through what this person is going through.

I don't sympathize with edgy "ha ha, 41% lol" sentiment. To me, this stuff is no funnier than the way 19th-century asylums kept mentally ill people chained to walls.

I look at it as the elites found a way to get lumpenproles to volunteer for eugenics. Pity about the older ones who already had offspring.

Everytime they whine about genocide, I laugh. One method of genocide is forced sterilization, but these idiots beg for it.

I can understand where you’re coming from, but troons have a fair chance of hitting that fetish to pedophile and/ or rapist pipeline, especially TIMs (if they weren’t already before deciding to troon out), so I don’t feel bad about wanting some of them to die. In fact, I wish the number would increase.

I really don't think that historical examples of abuse of the mentally ill is an apt comparison for today's troon-demic. The people who were locked up in lunatic asylums and experimented on against their will had no say in the matter and lacked agency to improve their situation. This is not the case for today's troons. If anything, they have too much resources and agency at their disposal. They shamelessly force insurance companies and/or public health care to pick up the tab for their Frankenstein vanity surgeries, which certainly boils my piss and removes whatever good will I had towards them in the first place.

They are indeed mentally ill, but not in a pitiable sense. These surgeries are not imposed upon them by an oppressive government or family members who want to "fix" them (e.g. Rosemary Kennedy). Granted they are sold lies a heavily edited version of reality by unscrupulous surgeons who have a very, shall we say, lax view on the Hippocratic oath, but what these troons get on the operating table tends to be in the ballpark of what they themselves asked for. With literal kids like Jazz jennings and the ex-FTM who sued the Tavistock clinic it's a different matter, but people like Kevin Gibes and his amhole polycule 100% get what they deserve... which wasn't much to begin with.

I like tasteful 41% jokes for the ones who get too uppity. Don't feel too bad, most of them were unbearable people who thought cutting their dick off was a lifetime ticket to the lesbian club, that they get sad when their meat hole starts to rot doesn't bother me terribly.

I make exceptions for boys who were transed by their parents and anyone who's actually too disabled to understand the consequences.

I keep hoping that reality breaks through the sunk-cost fallacy for Jazz, and he pulls a Gypsy Rose rather than just a David Reimer.
