Yes it started out as an ad hoc alliance, but L and G still belong together because its still two versions of the same thing, same-gender primary attraction. But once again, this (and B) is a different thing from " I *am* the other gender" of T. I think this is further reinforced by how many male incels become "lesbians". Their orientation sure didn't change. Just like how the rare ones that hook up with guys after transitioning seem to be self-hating gay guys who go all Iran style and say "cant be with a man unless you become a woman!" The orientation remains separate from the gender identity.
