Wait, Tim Pool is saying that the judge wants Binger under oath now?
If so, then that's a follow-up to the edited video claims. I know we got all up in arms about him not pressing it there and then, but those are criminal accusations being levied, which means that it's going to require the whole song and dance.

No way every single juror is a cuck. There's just no way. At least one person is going to stand firm and say "fuck off".
I really tend to agree. Maybe if this had happened in DC or Los Angeles, but the likelihood of 12 people here in Wisconsin (and not even in Milwaukee or Madison) all being statist cucks is unimaginably low.

This is one of the things that bugs me about Poso--his twitter has turned into a non-stop tease for his podcast. Some of us are readers, not listeners/watchers. I've never watched/listened to a podcast, and I doubt if I ever will.
I've tried. It's not good. But us readers are a dying breed. I miss blogs.

Well, I hope there's an expert being prepared to weigh in on the issue afterwards, since at this point I expect that there are exactly zero people who think Binger wouldn't be willing to lie under oath.

Kyle's biggest mistake is that he didn't black up, go out there wearing a wifebeater shirt and use a TEC-9 to shoot those 3. If he did we would have never head of this case, he would have gotten away with it scott free.
Should of just punched his grandma in the face, robbed a few houses and raped some kids. He would of been declared a hero apparently.

When the feds got nothing they can use the civil rights violation card to get their man. They haven't indicated anything yet so I think he's safe but I wouldn't put it past them.
They're very skilled at biding their time and not showing their hand. Locals could take a lesson there.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we might just be headed for the timeline where Kyle walks and Binger goes to jail. An incompetent prosecution is one thing, but tampering with evidence? Hoo, boy....

Oh and there's no shame in getting old. Remember, the only alternative is dying (ask Rosenpedo).

I realize I'm unforgivably old but I just cannot get into podcasts and streamers. With few exceptions, and I can't actually think of any, none of them are nearly as interesting to listen to as they think they are. I only occasionally manage to get through Rekieta's videos because he sometimes makes funny drunken observations about that batshit womb-for-hire Melinda Scott, and he has a few barely-an-improvement somewhat-knowledgeable guest commentators on the Rittenhouse matter. I tried to listen to the above Tim Pool video and noped out after about ten seconds. My ears want to punch him.

What changed for me is finally using them as originally intended: not as something to actively watch, but something to listen to while doing something else. Podcasts are best for laundry, cooking, cleaning and grinding in video games. It's better off as an alternative to music. The push in the last few years to make them more like an active show is odd. Very few of those "shows" stand on their own as watchable content.

Tim is always Dim though. He just reads news articles. His only entertaining content is the guests he brings on.

Same. 99% of the crap on Youtube is the same formula; thumbnail with soyboy face and neon lettering. Video is; ad, "LIKE SUBSCRIBE SMASH BELL", ad, braindead takes or reading wikipedia article, ad, ad, ad, "LIKE SUBSCRIBE SMASH BELL", ad, and then more braindead takes.

Channels like Timcast are at least good for educating normies on basic facts they should already be aware of but there is nothing substantial in ANY of the crap getting published today.

Is this the Schroeder Manuever? Pretend to be a senile boomer cuck so Binger’s caught off guard when you start proceedings against him? Hopefully this shall come to pass.

might is very strong on the Binger and Krauss thing.
what might happen is they get the minimum disciplinary action
maybe suspended from practicing law anywhere from 6 to 18 months at most.

Huh? Since when did that start to happen, they really are just "Background noise", otherwise it's "Two to three middle aged men say stuff, laugh at themselves and if one disagrees, bully until he falls back in line"
