The systems been designed to handle him since he was a child. As soon as he entered Providence Middle he was in a system designed to handle him. As far as I know and I may be wrong, at no point after Nathanael Greene was Chris part of a workforce or school system or anything that wasn't able to handle him. He just chooses not to be handled. Everywhere Chris has gone to school or worked(for as little time as that was) or enjoyed free time would have had policies in place for accomodating autistic individuals, or would have been open to working on such policies if Chris had been approachable about it. But he isn't, and just spergs out instead.
The jail is far from the first place Chris's auts has been accomodated, but it is the first place he can't be kicked out of for stomping all over that accomodation. Just an interesting observation.

The prosecution has to prove that Barb was mentally or physically incapacitated for Chris to be placed on the SOR. i.e. so incapacitated that she could not communicate a lack of consent. While Chris stated that she said "no" at first, as long as Chris didn't do anything in those attempts at "sessions", those wouldn't count. They would have to show that when Barb *didn't* say "no", it was because she was incapable of saying no. Attempting to prove this is likely a threat that the prosecution is using as leverage to increase the amount of time to be served in a plea deal, but it is also something that will be dropped in the final deal as it's the most damaging thing that can happen out of the incest charge.
If Barb is not cooperating, it would be difficult to prove and they'd only do this after a complete breakdown of negotiations -- i.e. a trial.

That would lead us into a very very dark saga indeed. But it's a possibility.
I'm not the only one who binges Forensic Files. One of the archetype cases is the sex offender who escalates to murder because law enforcement didn't want to have to deal with a known but "harmless" chomo until he kills a kid.

Nothing but being homeless and having to fend for himself will be acceptable in his case.

Well, the Dervishes lived in poverty. Like, real real poverty. Not "homeless guy with a cup spending his money on beer." They were prohibited to beg for their own good.
That's more of what I envisioned. Chris with his goatee grown out to his feet giving change to kids. Obviously it would never happen.
Also I love that Chris uses a orayer rug to sleep on and eat his ramen. That...can't be allowed, right? I'm not Muslim but I assume he'd get shanked in genpop for that.

Canada doesn't want retarded welfare leeches, so I don't think that will happen.
I'm not saying that to be funny, either. From what I have heard, it's hard for tards to emigrate there because Canada doesn't want people who can't contribute to their economy.
