And all of a sudden everyone is a handwriting psychologist. Somehow I doubt that the jury really sees a distinction between "put down" and "dropped", but that's just me.
I probably would've said "put down" too, and I'm 100% pro-acquittal.
Getting this concerned about minor details is just a sign that people are anxious.
I still don't see this case resulting in a guilty verdict. Hung jury? Maybe.

Nobody owns an AA-12 and the only company that ever tried to make them for civilians got slapped down by the ATF because apparently even semi automatic AA-12 receivers are machineguns
but, and this is a long shot...
if the DA got hypnotic suggestion to change the charge to first degree murder of everyone in the world ever, and possession of every weapon in existence, then the jewry nullified it, he could not be tried for those crimes a second time.
kyle then gets loaded up like iron man had a baby with judge dread and got fed a super big bowl of weeties, and executes every degenerate in the world one by one.
the end

gonna make that into a kids bedtime story book with pictures

I got INTJ on the test I took years ago. I looked at an INTJ forum and it was all giant losers trying to out-stereotype each other.

I noticed the phrasing right away. Both prosecution, defense and Rittenhouse autistically tried to make the difference clear. That with the request for drone footage and the handwriting obviously being a femoid's tells me it's a dumb liberal cunt.

It's 1000% BS. It's pseudoscience at best.
If this was the kind of stuff he was offering up to the rest of Kyle's team? I completely understand what happened now.

You’d be surprised some of the crazy shit lawyers come up with. I think it was the Scott Peterson case where the lawyer originally wanted to base the whole defense around the theory the pregnant woman was abducted and sacrificed by a Satanic Cult. This was not even in the 80s. He was removed from the defense I think.

I also worked for an attorney who saw a Facebook story that McDonald’s chicken nuggets was made out of human flesh. He believed it and I sheepishly (as a 19 year old kid) tried to explain to him that the internet wasn’t real life.

Of course it would be nice if handwriting revealed anything about the person. I would make every potential juror write out “the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog” 100 times.

slightly off topic, but watching Nick’s stream I realized I had never actually seen Hoeg Law before. Ummm? I think Rich Evan’s might have an illegitimate love child. Possibly involving a North Korean Hooker?

If the Jury Foreman is one of the holdouts, can't the Jury vote to replace the Foreman with another Juror? Because if so that's really bad.
I don't believe so, mainly since the position of jury foreman isn't that significant. Their main responsibility is to ask questions, facilitate the jury's discussions (usually not in any overbearing sort of way, but it's a Karen so who knows) and read out the verdict.

The way Barnes sits, completely nestled back in his armchair with his hands on the armrests makes him look like a bearded baby sitting in his dad's oversized chair
It is meant to project absolute confidence and 'power', same reason that his bookshelf frames him, his legal degree is framed directly to his left and made without clutter, and his single great achievement is framed to his right.

Seriously, the man's entire setup is a monument to his ego and how big he thinks he is, but it's all so paper thin and obvious.

I don't know but I hope they can at least knock on the door to get the Bailiff to tell the judge what's happening. The thought of being trapped with no recourse in a room like that is terrifying.

it might be different in Wisconsin but here the foreman is just the one that writes on the verdict paper and answers when the judge asks if there is a verdict. other than that they didnt do anything different and it wasnt set in stone.

And then there's the grandma looking dude with the long white hair who sounds like Jay Bauman. We just need Mike to come in. "The Kyle Rittenhouse trial is the most disappointing thing since my son..."
