I have to dance around legal here, but as best as I can say without breaking a few laws.

Barnes decided he wanted to be the center of the trial.
He attempted to use said trial to raise his star.
Line from a lot of the experts he had lined up, my co-worker among them, was that his care for Rittenhouse was secondary at best.
Defense lead was having none of it, gave him an ultimatum. Back off or leave. Barnes chose leave.
Co-worker cannot speak for other experts, knows he was informed the deal was off.
All information on the experts he lined up suddenly vanishes

Cue Barnes going on and on about how the defense didn't use his advice
Defense were also idiots in a) Putting Kyle on the Stand, b) Admitting their OWN prejudicial evidence c) Not objecting to the drone footage in the first place. d) barely fighting against the prosecution's insanity.

Is Barnes an egomaniac? Of course he fucking is, it is obvious from the second you watch him speak. But he sure as shit comes off as fucking smarter than Richards who is flat out mishandling this case in every possible way. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SLAM DUNK. The prosecution had ZERO evidence for conviction. Every lawyer worth their salt is talking about how insane some of these decisions have been. And it isn't as if what Barnes is saying doesn't make sense. The Judge seems to have not been prepared for how fucking crazy the coverage would be and the level to which the prosecution would be willing to cheaat. Or, maybe he did realize, and he gives them too much slack on a regular basis. Richards bungled this case, and continues to do so.

That falls under the Separation of Church and State powers.

Not to say it's never happened, but I don't recall a regular person not involved in law enforcement ever being brought up on "Federal Hate Crimes" since the inception of Burn, Loot & Murder.

In fact, since George Zimmerman decided he wasn't going to allow his face to get smashed in by a hoodlum in a hoodie, there have been at least a dozen [police] killings involving our most productive citizens that made some amount of national news, and I don't recall hearing where any of those officers faced Federal charges - even the [non-white] officer who killed the only legitimately innocent person who wasn't a lifelong criminal, wasn't engaged in a violent crime and wasn't violently resisting lawful arrest, that being Corey Jones in Florida in 2015.

From my expert analysis of those jury request notes, it is clear that whoever wrote them is a smooth-brained asshole.

Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. Yeah I know they are viewing the case from a different perspective than us and all that, but three-plus days now? Come the fuck on.
Am I the only one who is starting to feel a bit uneasy at all the time I've flushed on this thread? I mean don't get me wrong--you guys are great fun to hang out with, but I have gotten very little accomplished in the last week or so and it's starting to really feel like this is never going to end.

If the rumors are to be believed Juror #54 is a 40 year-old single white woman who is a college professor. Kyle might literally die waiting for the verdict depending on what she teaches, I had to transfer out of an anthropology class because a Professor didn't understand DNA and unironically promoted BLACKBVLLS because of Out of Africa.
She's definitely a communications or social science professor then. Not even history or English, it's got to be the gender studies type science. That is not the handwriting of a person with a useful degree.

I guess you guys disagreeing with the notion the DOJ would go after Kyle didn't hear about their plans with Chauvin.
Or how the Justice Department is being weaponized to go after parents who are opposed to CRT. Or the Project Veritas raid. Or the 1,000 other examples where the regime uses government agencies to destroy their enemies.

And I agree! Richards fucking -sucks-. I can hate both equally, but Richards being terrible doesn't mean Barnes would have been better, no matter how much he says. after the fact, how he would have totally done X, Y, and Z better.

No. Kyle is a political prisoner. They won't stop until he's in prison or dead.
That's dumb.

So how do you envision this happening, they're going to keep bringing charges and causing riots and failing and looking like scummy morons because...political shit? Thing is Twitter isn't the one who elects the county prosecutor, locals are, and when it comes to a generally low-vote position like district attorney, making yourself widely hated among your somewhat conservative-leaning voter base by wasting hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to abuse the court system bringing cases everyone knows you can't win against some kid is a pretty much 100% guaranteed way of losing your job.

At this point the prosecution likely wants to put this behind them as much as anyone. If the jury is hung, I'd be fairly surprised if they bothered retrying.

At this point I'm expecting the Karen to get in touch with the media herself and start revealing information about any juror that's on Kyle's side.
good because jornos are backstabbers. she would be doxxing herself, therefore she gets replaced by reserve team

Yeah I feel like I've been on a drug bender methwanking for 17 hours. I have accomplished very little since this started and being on the other side of the world I'm also nocturnal atm. seriously want the verdict

It's a hell of a lot easier pitching stones from the sidelines than handing all this stuff on your feet and in the courtroom. That said, Richards is a C+ trial attorney at best.

You're not the only one. I should be working right now but I'm busy hating some jury foreperson that I've never met.
