If instructions are indeed available online but she still asked to take them home openly, I would assume she's not as smart as she thinks.
So indeed it's likely she will be asking online. Think like a Karen, become Karen, find it.
Or if she's in fact a college professor as someone have claimed, she probably has connections and would set up some sort of group chat with people she trusts who could help her, in that case it's unlikely to leak.

On the other hand, the assumed Karen who requested instructions might actually be an NG juror, desperately looking for anything to convince the holdouts.

What are the chances of Kyle getting a new defense team in case of a new trial? I assume he was promised by the current one a quick acquittal and one could imagine that his family is not satisfied with the current situation.

Probably not happening if Kyle feels secure with his current team, Kyle's odds should be much better in a new trial, since all the evidence here, and testimonies, should apply to the new trial, so Gaige would still have admitted to drawing his gun, he can't backtrack, and anything else to Kyle's benefit should be admissible. Kyle would also be dealing with less charges (dropped charges, plus any charges the jury acquits on), no state lines and so on.

The big risk, afaik, would be whether Kyle can afford it, and whether the state can dig up, or make up, more evidence, and whether Kyle's team can do a better job keeping Karens out of the jury.

No, mothers would lean closer to Rittenhouse. This woman/these women would be childless and past the point of children being a realistic possibility.
Ah, but they'll still look at the other members of the jury smugly and go "As a mother/woman/cassarole, I THINK..."

and then you want to hit them with a brick.

She's already jury foreman, if she's the holdout that means she's got power of life and death over someone, and goddamn it, everyone's going to see it her way, she's going to DO THE RIGHT THING(TM), she'll be then lauded for her bravery and have TV interviews and everything.

And then maybe daddy will love her and it won't matter her egg carton is dry.

I find humor in people being bored and anxious so they dump all their hate on what is a fictional character for all we know. It could be 11-1 guilty and this poor woman working her ass off trying everything to get people to see resonable doubt while the thread shits on her all day.

No offense to anyone on the thread i'm a dumbass with no connection to the legal system and appreciate the clarification, insights, and speculation. Just not going to accept some guy on a stream or blue check's word as truth just because they're saying something I like.
To be fair these aren't complete wild ass guesses. There's supposedly been insider leaks. Some of it is deductive reasoning, sure. Also, while some people dismiss that handwritten note to the judge I tend to believe some of the conclusions. It was written in a VERY demanding tone.

Just by way of the evidence and the shitty case of the DA the chances of there being a "good" holdout are remote. Not impossible but remote.

I will rescind my earlier statement about the judge being based but not the one about him being the best judge Kyle could have gotten. That's still true, but in the context of things is far bleaker.
I appreciate your honesty.

Now, would you prefer your black pill in oral chewable form, or the larger suppository size?

I wish I could find it now, but a while ago now I saw a great video pointing out that 12 Angry Men, despite being a good movie, is deeply subversive. Basically making people doubt sane deductions about reality by making unlikable people represent sanity and a likable white protagonist doubting it.

Pretty much turning "beyond a reasonable doubt" into a slight variation of "but not all x people"

Due to recent developments, what happens overnight is much more interesting than what happens tomorrow. I'm waiting for another jury doxing story or maybe a minor riot with the holy grail being our instructions Karen going to the media or getting caught on FB.

those are exclusive descriptors. Yankee = Anglo-saxon english AKA WASP
Not merely Anglo-Saxon, but New England Anglo-Saxons from the Puritan migration. It's very specific if you go back that far. Of course back when that culture had enough self-respect to assimilate people the Krauts and Nordics who came through that route ended up rather similar.

best wishes to the NG jurors. if what barnes says is true, that lady is emotionally abusing the jurors. if she gets pushback, she'a saying "im just trying to help us," "we are trying to do our task," "you are obstructing us from accomplishing our job".

she's definitely sunk the fangs of emotional guilt int some people. it takes a strong will to overcome the peer pressure from your fellows, to overcome the pang of guilt that you are the one being abusive. that shit works well on women.

its not easy to defend yourself mentally if she's got 3 or 4 other people feeling bad about holding out; its harder it they start chiming in.

i wonder if she opened up with some ice breakers conversational games, to lighten the mood, so the group gets to know one another better, be more open and present for the days of deliberation. (fishing for information on the jurors).

wouldnt be surprised.

Some fat danger haired woman turned cluster B after finding Peterson guilty. She attention whored all over the media & some think she lied on the questionnaire to get on the jury in the first place.

Idc about Peterson trial - he was a scum bag and that was a long ass time ago. I just think that type of woman/juror is an actual nightmare for the judicial system.

All of her media appearances are cringey as fuck
The inevitable consequence of letting women onto juries or into the legal process in general. There's a reason why Islamic law requires 2 female witnesses to take the place of 1 male witness.

Shit like this is why if I'm ever charged with anything, I'll take a judge over a jury. I know in some places you can choose.

People are stupid and easily swayed by the media and social media. I'd rather take my chances with one judge.

Can you imagine being on trial in Chicago? The odds are that 10 out of the 12 are going to be fat Basketball American women with weaves and pants that say "JUICY".

In Chicongo?
Your chances of fat basketball Americans and Cheef Queef try hards is more like 25 to 12.
