I wonder how many jurors actually took home the jury instructions. Like if they all took them home or if it's just the alleged Karen who took hers.
Hopefully all. They quit early so they're sick of her shit. I'm just hoping they're pissed enough to not give in to her. A lesser included is still like 10 fucking years. God this is such bullshit

I'd sign up for jury duty in a heartbeat. If that was an option. But you're right, sorry for the misinformation. But nonetheless you carry that weight of holding someone's life in your hands. Though I believe you can opt out once you show up, if you are called. But I'm not sure about that.
Some states allow you to be excused prior to having to go to the courthouse for selection if there's good enough reason (such as being a student or being a primary caregiver to someone or even being ill).

To be fair that's like arguing all Catholics fuck little boys just because the Vatican all but endorses their priests doing it.
The Prophet's manner of life is an authoritative source for Muslim habits, but the life of the Pope and his cardinals is not. Of course there is a wide variation in the traditions and interpretations regarding the sunnah, and there are many other sources of tradition in Islamic (or any other) societies, but it's fair to inquire whether the Prophet's life forms the basis of any particular practice.

To answer the original question, Khadijah was either 28 or 40, and Muhammad was 25. He was evidently into experienced women at that point in his life. Later on, not so much.

They did? Who? Link to the thread.
TL;DR
  1. Idiot posts on Facebook about how he has jury duty and how sitting near Kyle made him want to "throw up."
  2. Someone posts screenshot to /pol/ with names incorrectly redacted, someone else on pol unredacts it and posts the name
  3. Thread gets linked to ITT
  4. gets doxxxxxed by the Farms
  5. Someone contacts him on Instagram and says he was dismissed on day 1

And if there's anything that the Weeb Wars subforum has taught us, it's that the longer this litigation/edging session goes on, the more likely it is that us peanut-gallery spectators turn into troons or faggots (or troony faggots).
I eagerly await the poster who is brought to insanity by this trial posting images of others users avatars over their lego collection and creating an autistic Glass Menagerie of the whole thread.
There's simple provocation, which is what the jury is considering, which is an unlawful action likely to provoke an attack, and provocation with intent, which is lawful or unlawful action intended to provoke an attack. You can regain your privilege of self defense under simple provocation by retreating, but not with intent.
Waiwaitwait, I thought “duty to retreat” was declared not a thing in WI and was on the jury instructions to not be considered.

To put it in common speech, there is no duty to retreat unless you started it.

Literally lost between Pineapple Pizza orders, Calls for the Defense/Prosecutor's head, and Doompilling.

Gotcha. it's lost to the world then
Basically one of the dismissed jurors posted about it on Facebook. Said he was so close to Kyle he could barf on him. Someone (I don't think it was a KFer, it was posted elsewhere) posted a badly censored screenshot of the conversation. The censorship job was botched and the name of the person was revealed, people started to poke him on Facebook/Twitter and he confirmed that he was dismissed. It's really nothing, but people were initially freaking out thinking he was one of the 16 in the jury pool.

It is because there is no conceivable reason to do it except:

A) clout to prove you're a juror to your peers

or

B) Using it to strategize with your peers at home
Or maybe they just want a copy without having to beg the retarded Karen for the only copy. You know, so they know what's in them?

It isn't, but it looks good for Kyle. the alleged "provocation" would be pretty irrelevant to the actual shooting, since Kyle ran. A murderer isn't going to turn his back and retreat from his supposed target for several seconds. It isn't a pre-req for self defense, but it does make self defense more believable.

They got copies for everyone day 1. First just the self defense pages, then the whole thing later in the day.
Edit: If the "foreman is the only holdout" theory is correct, that explains this nicely. Tried to change minds on self defense, then everything else when that didn't work.

Exactly.

Aisha was 6 in lunar years when the vile piece of shit Muhammad married her, and she was 9 lunar years (8 in solar aka "our" years) when he raped her. There are other more respectable ages for Aisha reported, but by far the standard belief among Muslims is that she was 9 when the "marriage" was consummated, and you can see today that in many parts of the Muslim world that fact has ratified what is indeed a practice of selling off / marrying off daughters as young as 9 to some slimy old man.

Aisha and Khadijah were but two among I forget how many of Muhammad's wives, because we was the only Muslim (conveniently) allowed by Islam to have more than four.
