I swear Pavlovitz exists purely to make the most cringe, inflammatory leftwing twitter posts possible. Like he does this purely for the sake of pissing people off and nothing else.
It's also reflective of a greater leftoid tendency to not understand what self defense is or to willfully misrepresent it. If someone breaks into your house to steal your TV, you confront them with a gun and they start menacing you and you shoot them the average smoothbrain that says this shit thinks you executed them for daring to steal your TV. Trying to explain that you used force to stop a threat to your life that had already forced their way into your home just does not gel for these people. Beyond pure tribalism that's how you get these morons insisting Kyle executed protesters in cold blood and incredibly retarded takes like Fatlock suggesting you should just take a beating (in his case he almost certainly knows the difference and is pandering to the blue checkmarks like this).

I think the Richards 6-6 thing is bullshit Screenshot_20211118-162520_Brave.jpg

Arson itself is considered a deadly threat in some cases, so poor choice of example.

Speculation based on what is likely with what we know about the jury, then a rumor started by Poso THEN the handwriting.
That's actually why I picked it as an example. It is indeed a deadly threat in some cases, but regardless of that, it would not be considered meeting the standards for provocation should the situation be reversed. This is not a statement on whether or not it should, it's a statement on the provocation law being subjective rather than objective.

So uhh... it appears Schroeder didn't expect the jurors to actually ask him anything when that one Karen asked if she could take the instructions home. It's still bad that he let her do it but judging from his words I think he might just learn his lesson about being nice to jurors when they're on their fucking 4th day of deliberations. :optimistic:

Clown World Take...

The holdout(s) are delaying till Friday so that the Dems and BLM and Antifa have a chance to bus in their troops and intimidate everyone else into voting guilty.

Super Clown Galaxy Take

They are doing this because they're getting paid/blackmailed to delay everything until then by the DA's office.

Ultra Clown Universe Take

None of them understand a fucking thing that was told to them and they're arguing over whether or not Sonic has blue arms.

I don't know how anyone can really hate Schroeder, he can get firey but I find his kinder side endearing.
I don't hate him, but these last few days have done a lot to bring down my enjoyment of him. Dudes really afraid of the media coming after his head, but he hasnt realized that it doesnt matter what he does they will do that anyway

And there are some KF users mad that we consider this dumbass a lolcow...
"Gime ur adres so eye Ken fite u pussy"

I don't normally revel in the pain and suffering of others but I'll make an exception in his case. Even if you think Kyle is guilty every single guy he yeeted is also a piece of shit, and probably deserved it.
