I have to agree here. I just do not see what else this looks like.

I can hazard some issues with that. The big one being you'd need time to convince others of your new theory. So in the space of 2 and a half hours this person would have had to get to the court, everything get set up, she'd have to pull out her new instructions, convince every one of them with no holdouts, etc.

That is of course assuming a mostly pro-not guilty vote. If the other way around Rittenhouse is -fucked-.

One possibility I'd wager for how she'd have convinced herself to change is looking up the sentences, and deciding none fit what -she- wanted. But yah, it'd rely on her convincing herself to change, not anybody convincing her.

Personal odds in terms of most to least likely:
1. Mixed verdicts, he gets off murder but they hit him for reckless endangerment because "what he did was dumb, but he's not a murderer." Karen is appeased.
2. Full acquittal. I refuse to believe 12 people all concluded he was a murderer. I'm somewhat blackpilled but not that blackpilled. But...
3. Guilty. In which case fuck this country and this gay earth, we need to start over or balkanize. My faith in the people of my state of Wisconsin will forever be shattered.

Still putting my vote on not guilty for the sake of good vibes for Kyle. Give him your energy bros.

Most middle-aged women will see Kyle as their son, they'll think that he shouldn't have been there but that he didn't commit any crimes. It's the childless Karen we have to worry about, I think she might have convinced the jury to do a comprimised verdict and convict on the lesser charge.

If verdict comes back guilty, plenty of opportunities for appeal due to prosecutorial incompetence.

I don't want this to happen because I'm worried Kyle won't survive in prison. He's a pudgy white boy who's famous for killing people at a BLM riot. All it takes is for one nog who thinks he whacked another nog and he'll be shanked in the showers in a week. That'd be devastating cause I don't think you can be exonerated post-mortem, so Kyle will forever be a murderer in the eyes of the law.

Although if they hear he killed a pedo maybe he'll have enough cred to survive. I just hope he doesn't join like some Aryan Brotherhood for protection, then he'll just be another white supremacist forever.

I stand by my conclusion. Kyle will get got for super murder. Power comes out of the barrel of a gun and no one will break the jury's kneecaps if Kyle is guilty while they will if he goes free.

If he does to go to prison I imagine he'll be in protected custody along with other inmates that are at high risk of not alive.
