No, Kyle was acquitted on all charges and the judge also granted the motion to dismiss the charges with prejudice which sets up Binger possibly facing ethics hearings from the Wisconsin state bar.

Legally, and officially, its a mistrial... somehow. He explicitly said he is granting the defense's motion. But it's also an acquittal since that is the point the prosecution loses its right to appeal a mistrial.

So the world sees the Jury said Not Guilty and Schroeder gets to put a black mark on the DA's office, while not actually taking a stand.
