It's mildly funny that the person ostensibly most responsible for those three dipshits being in prime position to get shot has been oddly silent in the whole debacle - the exceptional individual that didn't give Kenosha the national guard / state cop numbers that the town was desperately begging for.
And it was all political. Orchestrating the riots, cheering them on while gaslighting everyone saying they weren't happening, intentionally tying the hands of police and National Guard to keep them going. They're the ones responsible for the deaths that night, not Kyle. Kyle's trial was a political one and they're the ones that should have been on trial.

Can prosecution even appeal in the United States? I didn't think that was a thing.
No it's double jeopardy. No person can be brought to trial for the same crime twice.

Fifth Amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

BLM had a global presence and were allowed to burn, loot and murder for months, but one kid fights back and the nanny state doesn't crucify him and these ass-clowns think 1488 is going to happen tomorrow.

This is proof that leftists would be the first to get eaten during a SHTF scenario: they have no concept of long-term thinking.

Is this what happens when the lefties doompost?
"ANthony Huber... the love of my life... has been fucked by this system in every way."

(Unitl he runs into Riosenbaum in hell... then he gets fucked another way)

Watching this bitch cry over her abusive dead boyfriend... zero shits given.
Makes me wonder if Huber and her deserved each other, and she on some level knew it. It's as if people like him are "abusers" because the relationships they enter are so shitty that it inevitably happens.

Why? Trans folk are literally not involved with this case at all.
75-99% of troons are pedophiles. So they are, at some point.
so assuming Schroeder does file a bar complaint. are Binger and Kraus fucked?
I damn hope so, at least in fluffboi case, because binger have shown himself as absolutely non-ethical and amateur prosecutor despite the experience he have (not).
Kyle can add Fatman and Binger to his kill count now. :story:
B-But I thought these are our frags?!
who knows, maybe CNN or MSNBC will hire him as a legal consultant.
Kotaku. Because of course they are, look at the maggots working there, oof!

Yeah so like is that a procedural move post-verdict, or is that granting of a mistrial? Seems like it could be either.
i think it also solidifies it to the point overturning it is literally impossible.
maybe hats what he's doing
another theory is he's gonna hand Binger and Krauss their ass
both is my theory.

its really really really really hard as fuck to appeal a not guilty verdict.
because the bar for that is Double Jepoardy.
I don't think there's a shot in hell that it would ever go anywhere, but that won't stop them from spending other peoples' money in an attempt to drum up more attention for themselves. If there are any cooler heads they won't pull the stunt, but if they attempted it the once and then let it die upon that being rejected it wouldn't surprise me.
they're the ones that should have been on trial.
Politicians always should be, yet rarely are - juuuuuuuust smart enough of creatures to keep everyone else at each others' throats while they sit pretty.

I guess Kenosha is going to have peaceful riots again.

I feel bad for the kid. He's not guilty but the legacy media has trashed him; his life has been threatened regardless. Hope is the kid going to move on in life? He won't get that chance. I hope the best for him; he defended himself.

Let's say Kyle didn't defend himself; was killed by the three fags that tried to attack him. Would they be sat where he was?
