Where he is going is a Bar hearing that the judge made sure to set up. If prosecutorial misconduct is proven, he gets to enjoy some -pain-. Ask @AnOminous for specifics.
Has it been officially set up already and everything? Or is this a 'this is very likely to happen but hasn't happened quite yet' sort of deal?

Fucking biden is literally asking for riots, somebody get his handlers before he remembers the nuke codes

This is kinda their only play. With the Not Guilty verdict, the already chilling effect Kyle had on their golem is now downright arctic. And if they don't show? We reach temperatures that start requiring Kelvin to accurately measure.

Jury Intimidation?
Political Intimidation?
Trying to pressure Red States?
Trying to pressure Purple Stats?
Senators and Representatives?

"Well, the Rittenhouse case resulted in nothing...."

Since we're tagging @AnOminous , I'd like to ask if there is any actual legal benefit to slapping the mistrial with prejudice on after getting a full acquittal? Was that literally just the judge rubbing salt in Bingers gaping asshole?
As far as I know, and I can be corrected on this, the mistrial is required to give standing to the lawyers to bring it to the bar.

NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY

Note: Leftists are rabid and therefore will follow in Huber and Rosenbaum's footsteps despite it still being the case that obvious self defense is legal. They might not be as emboldened as they would have been, but they will still overstep their bounds and as a result the streets will inevitably be tainted with pozzed libtard blood until the world is cleansed. That is why you have libtards like Cenk worried of the 'precedent' being set, they subconsciously know that it will be in their nature to justify further valiant acts of self defense, which is an EXISTENTIAL THREAT TO THE LEFTIST MENACE and that is also what I am celebrating

i imagine this judge isn't the type to get mad very often
most judges have people thrown in jail for contempt for much less.
the fact Binger and Krauss pissed him off to the point he uttered the words "a day of reckoning" is probably indicative that he plans to have them prosecuted to the fullest extent.

When you try dunking on Kyle Rittenhouse but compare BLM rioters to animals :story:
