RE: Nadler's tweet: by still clinging to the HE CROSSED STATE LINES WITH A GUN! narrative, Nadler is ignoring facts established at trial, and thus is opening himself to defamation.
Not really, it would have to be a false statement that injures his reputation. Saying he crossed a state border doesn't really do that.

Neither does saying you think he's a piece of shit.

Or that he didn't deserve to get exonerated.

BUT if you (like a certain Missouri Congressional Rep) claim that he is a white supremacist, that is both:

- Injurious to his character
- Impossible to validate with evidence

You are committing a civil tort and your very expensive lawyer is going to counsel you to settle the defamation lawsuit immediately.

Just wanted to say I've rewatched the verdict multiple times today because it really was a magical moment. I bet Kyle is in shock and the reality will really sink in the next few days. Unfortunately, he's going to have to wait a few months until people forget about him and leave him alone (both right and left). From his behavior and his alleged PTSD from the incident, I don't think he'll take any of the internship offers from the GOP. Instead, he probably just wants to be with his family and move on from his life.

Fatrick, like everyone else, is sad that one of his chomo buddies got smoked.
And just proving deeper why no charges will be brought by the feds.
There are no federal charges they can bring against him:

Federal law only applies in homicide cases in vary narrow circumstances, such as the crime occurring on federal land or the victim being an elected federal official.
Rittenhouse was not accused of a hate crime. He is not a member of law enforcement and therefore cannot be charged with depriving anyone of their civil rights as a government agent. He was not accused of a robbery involving a federally insured business, like a bank, or interfering with interstate commerce.

With how the media operates I have a feeling they might "accidentally" leak the juror list/personal info. Would there be any legal repercussions for them doing that? I can see them still going after the jurors in an attempt to make examples of them for the next politically charged case.
On a side note I hope Kyle Sue's them for all their worth.
In a just lawful world there would be legal consequences.
In a chaotic lawless world there would be extrajudicial consequences.

Unfortunately we live in neither.

Now is the question of will they or won't they throw a "season of love" like they did in years prior, in that there will be massive waves and some loose organization of criminal activity.

I say no: this wasn't a rerun of "black guy does dumb shit and gets blown away." Although the timeshare owner on Epstein Island was supposedly Jewish.
