I think most of the people calling them heroes and such are ignorant of their criminal records, and the rest know but hope that the people they're posturing for are ignorant. Beyond that, a lot of their "defenders" in general bought into a narrative at the start of this, and are unwilling or unable to admit they were wrong in this case and back down. So they just keep doubling down and try and brush off the uncomfortable truth if it comes up

I usually just disregard statements like this and don't point out I'm actually a leftist myself, but I do just want to point out you don't have to be conservative to think Rittenhouse was obviously innocent and justly acquitted, you just have to have paid attention and not mindlessly take marching orders from political "leaders."

I place the Constitution and the principles of due process well above any so-called "leaders," especially the weak worms we have today.

I was getting pretty pessimistic about these concepts recently, but they actually WON today.

At least for now.

And its already under attack. Hacks on CNN and MSNBC were already telling the NPCs its a bad thing that the State has such a high bar to prove guilt. This verdict was a white pill, but the black pill is that the people who wanted to lynch Kyle are okay with it because it's just another excuse for them to tear at the system.

After everything that has come to light, with all the information we have, any reasonable person would come to the conclusion that what Kyle did was strictly self-defense, and so I'm left wondering:
How many of the people advocating for violence and death are doing so blindly following the lies they're fed and thinking Kyle is an actual homicidal maniac? And how many of them have full knowledge of the situation, yet they continue to portray him as pure evil?

Kyle Rittenhouse was tried in Wisconsin under Wisconsin state law. Besides there isn't really a restriction on the president to opine in judicial matters.
