Riots work when it's Drumpf in charge and you can campaign on showing he's a pussy who won't put the rioters down by force. They can only backfire when the only groups to blame are the Dem local authorities or the cadaver in the White House who's also a Dem.

The point of the riots was to try to provoke an overreaction from BLUMF or provoke MAGA chuds () into retaliatory political violence so they could demoralize normal Americans and set the scene for the soft coup they were working on since the 2016 election went sideways. It's the same playbook they ran in the color revolution in Ukraine. Unfortunately for them, Kyle is no Timothy McVeigh and BLORMPH wasn't able or willing to get the National Guard to gun down hordes of peaceful rioters.

There's no purpose in rioting after they managed to get rid of Orange Man. I don't think Antifa will receive the same kind of institutional support they did in 2020 (police standing down, charges mysteriously dropped, convenient piles of bricks appearing in the streets, pervasive FBI drone overwatch that somehow never got used to try to stop the violence). Antifa is done for now, and if they're dumb enough to not understand that they'll end up in federal prisons.

One of the things that baffles me about this case is that all these brainlets look at Rittenhouse and unironically believe he is a “right wing death squad dork.” You don’t have to be an expert at reading people to immediately recognize how absurd that is, it’s absurd on its face (or, in this case, on his face).
