Nick has complete control over it, although I doubt there's an algorithm to hide/promote people, since it's too small. But who is on there with any relevance outside of Nick? Bryson Gray has had some success off the let's go Brandon trend, but that hasn't translated into stream views.

Imagine if he actually took the very valid criticism many of us lay out, and used it to improve himself and whatever he envisions his "America First" movement to be.
