1. Pat lost his verified mark because of all the rape threats he was tweeting out.
2. He spent $5000 to hire that attorney to get his account back. About a year later he lost it again for (you guessed it), more rape threats. He then spent another $5000 to get his account back again. He has spent $10000 on his twitter account, but has never contributed one cent toward his biological daughter that he abandoned.
