You have no fucking idea how common DUI's are in WI and most of the upper midwest. Cops also don't crack down on them nearly as much as they should (usually because they're often as guilty of driving home tipsy from the bar) and the penalties are often pretty light. It's been changing recently but it's still absurdly common.
