I'm not going to say anything definitive yet, but if a guy running from the law turned off US 18 onto Main it tapers down from a broad 4 lane divided road through a commercial district to a cramped downtown pretty quick. A guy who didn't know the area might have thought the barricade was a roadblock for him and crashed it then got trapped. Don't do drugs kids.

It's plausible. Then again, so is a lone wolf attack.

At 14:15 you can hear of a knife fight happening at the park north of the incident. There seems to be some confusion as to the exact location, one says the boat launch, the other says the rental area. Listening until 18:03 is just generic police traffic regarding this knife fight and wrapping up the parade only for it to break out into panic and handling of the incident.

This is a speculative route for the car to have taken before being left in that driveway. I don't know the area and really the before matters more than the after. Its likely this isn't some demented Antifa / BLM reprisal for the Rittenhouse verdict and more generic black day-to-day crime. The Red SUV fleeing into the parade and crashing in a panic after the knife fight.
