Frankly I've seen nothing to suggest he stabbed a guy and was on the run from police, originally we all thought their was three black men in the car and they shot into the parade. Now we know police shot and only one in custody, nobody else was in the passengers seat of the photo and unless two people sat in the back I'm thinking one black suspect, probably a minor by the look of his face and that police won't release his name.
