Some business nerd types. None of them gave any kind of hint that they were the type of people who would run over kids. The apartments though, might be relevant. It would be much harder to figure it out who it was from that though and there’s no photo of an escape on that lot either. But it being right next to the school, it could also be entirely likely that it was just a convenient dumping spot for the vehicle
