Phantom1326 (see here for the previous update) hasn't posted any new pictures in the last 3 months, but she clearly isn't doing well.
tl;dr The complications from her phalloplasty (courtesy of butchers Dr. Crane & Dr. Santucci) still haven't been fixed. She's been using a catheter since February, and it sounds like this isn't going to change anytime soon... Santucci is apparently throwing in the towel and referring her to another doctor (a urologist).
Btw, she tries to cope by talking about how she can at least masturbate with her phallodick (her clitoris is buried at the base), but even here she has to admit that it's much more difficult than before.

One more thing I forgot to bring up: It is entirely possible for a TiM who got colon vaginoplasty to defecate out of it, either because a fistula( flesh based tunnel) formed between the "vagina" and anus or because the "vagina" is still connected to the rest of the colon. If this happens he will have no way of holding it in because the neovagina does not have a sphincter, and if revision surgery to fix it does not work he will uncontrollably shit himself for life. The now deleted Neovaginadisasters site had a whole story detailing this.
