Important to add that getting run over by a tank of a car (even by SUV standards) can cause serious lifelong injuries.

Police said only elderly died, and most of the kids were highschoolers, only two kids were in ICU from what I've heard but I may be wrong, all of this is up in the air. Also there should be a memorial happening in about an hour, that's gonna be interesting.

From what I've seen it looks like there was at least two different marching bands, one of which was a high school's (reinforced by yesterday evening's presser). He plowed through at least one, running over bodies and flipping a few over the hood. As of now all deaths are Dancing Grannies and one old man (probably a husband) but I would be genuinely shocked if all the band members hit survive.

Eh, it’s hard to actually get hate crime charges to stick and in a case like this it’s not the primary motivation. I sincerely doubt he went into that crowd because “fuck white people” was his motive.

You are correct. WI law mandates that you have to set some kind of bail. This number can be immensely high though, like in the millions.
