If you ask around in cities with high crime rates, the average citizen seems to think it's cultural or vidya games or such things.

The 5 people killed were Virginia Sorenson, 79 year old female; LeAnna Owen, 71 year old female; Tamara Durand, 52 year old female; Jane Kulich, 52 year old female; Wilhelm Hospel, 81 year old male. Sorenson and Owen were part of the "dancing grannies", Hospel was a husband and volunteer with the group.
There are 18 children at the hospital, 10 of which in ICU. 6 are in critical condition, 3 in serious condition and 1 fair condition.

18 kids were brought to Children’s Wisconsin Emergency Department. Ages ranged from 3 to 16, which included three sets of siblings. Injuries ranged from facial abrasions, to broken bones, to serious head injuries.
Six of the patients were sent to surgery last night and two additional patients are undergoing surgery today. Two kids were discharged last night. The other 16 were admitted to the hospital.

The proposed narrative is the knife fight took place only a few blocks from the parade. There's no way homeboy drove well over 20 minutes to the parade and was still shaken from the fight. That's plenty of time to cool down and not run over a bunch of white kids and elderly people.
