He made a mention of it before as a way to deflect on people pointing out how red he gets when he does anything that needs an ounce of physical activity. Notices how he said he "had high blood pressure" instead of "has". Fat people are always naturally going to have high blood pressure, so its a given he has it. Boogie would rather you believe his nonexistent drop of Native blood as a reason why he turns red when he stands up rather than the strain his body goes to keep this sack of shit alive.
