It's whether he went to Waukesha with the intent of running over people (he lived in Milwaukee) because of BLM brainwashing or he was just there doing something unrelated and freaked out and plowed through a crowd because he's the dumbest kind of trashy nigger imaginable.
I lean towards the latter because I suspect he does not have object permanence. Cops don't exist until he sees one. He saw one right after he just stabbed someone and was trying to get away, so he floored it through the wimpy barrier and into the parade. That makes it so he doesn't see cops anymore so they don't exist. This then led to other problems but turning around meant looking at cops so he drove onward.
Still murder. Just a different type legally speaking. It isn't complementary to him at all and in a lot of ways more degrading. He's to primitive of a being to be able to into terrorism.

His tunnel vision is the road. He’s on the road, he sees an obstacle to him escaping. His tunnel vision is literally him deciding, when he could simply just stop his car, follow the rest of the parade, and not kill anyone but likely end up in trouble for blowing past the cops and for stabbing someone, or risk going through the crowd, to go through the crowd. You’re misunderstanding what I mean by tunnel vision, tunnel vision in this case isn’t just only seeing the path in front of him, it’s not being enough of an empathic, non-total piece of shit human being to decide that escape isn’t worth the risk. All he sees is getting away with what he just did, everything else is an obstacle. The people are just the same as in the barricades, in the way. Objects.
And then he goes through and doesn’t stop because he’s decided that the microscopic chance of him getting away is better than the highly likely chance of him going to jail.
That’s tunnel vision. That’s blanking out all possibilities but escape. Remember, he could have just… followed along with the parade. Got out of his car. Turned around (unless he blew through the barricade on Main Street, past the couple cops there.) He didn’t do anything like that because he’s a complete monster of a person. He gives that little of a shit about others that people are just flimsy little painted signs in the way of him and the teeny tiny chance of not being in jail at the end of the day.
Fuck this guy. I hope he rots eternally in hell, I hope he gets beaten daily in prison by the guards. He’s going to not give a shit about this until the day he dies. That’s how much of a fucking piece of absolute human trash this individual is.

still, I didn't know terrorism was some kind of prestigious institution where you have to be literate, educated and logically coherent to be a part of it.
but I do think we're just using different means of the word and coming from different angles. as far as I'm concerned the media has destroyed the meaning of the word as you're attempting to apply it in this case. my philosophy is that since we are essentially subjects of the powers around us, in comparison with the multi-trillion dollar mass media that has almost unlimited power to spin narratives and control outcomes, that IDK maybe we should not hold ourselves to a standard that said motherfuckers don't even bother holding themselves to whenever they want to attack their ideological enemies

If the stabbing was reported within 2 blocks of the parade route, I could see how he could freak out and drive into a parade route (especially if he was high or drunk) to try to get away, but once he was there he had choices.
And he made the choice to plow through a crowd of people at a simple holiday day parade, complete with kids and old ladies.
I don’t think he’s a terrorist mastermind that planned this out beforehand, but he also clearly doesn’t give a fuck about human life, which is just as dangerous.
This guy just didn’t care.
It seemed like he was making a semi-effort to avoid people before he got to the group, but he still went right through.
I don’t know if that makes him a terrorist or morally depraved, probably both.
