Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I used to believe more in Hanlon's razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

The problem though is that if it was pure stupidity, they would OCCASIONALLY be right, even if by pure accident. The Biden administration has somehow managed to do EVERYTHING wrong and continually "learns" the exact wrong lessons on everything. Can we give ANY wins to Biden? Like, "right to repair" might be it, and that's basically nothing except you have the right to fix your own broken shit.

Hell, I think AOC came out and said yesterday and the day before that the Democrats are losing because they aren't progressive ENOUGH. This comes on the heels of the woman taking over AOC's leadership of the Progressives saying that EVERYONE should be freed from federal prison, including the murderers, rapists, and human trafficers. They legitimately believe prisons should not exist, the same way AOC believes people only steal "to feed their families."

They don't want you cancelled; they want you dead.

Patriarch Cyril is keeping Russian Orthodoxy pure, I just wish he had more influence in the West. It doesn't help that Bartholomew of Constantinople and the Orthodox Church of Ukraine are basically quislings invented by NATO as a bulwark against Eastern ideas.

Earlier this month, a three-judge panel on the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, in New Orleans, agreed with the plaintiffs in several of those cases and temporarily blocked the government from proceeding with the rule. But since then, those cases and many others from around the country have been reassigned to the Sixth Circuit in order to consolidate the litigation.

How slimy. Fifth Circuit shut you down, so move over to the Sixth Circuit. Bright side is that most of the judges there were appointed by Republicans, so they might smack the emergency order down.

Fun fact about the 6th Circuit btw. Its Chief Justice is a guy named “Jeffery Sutton” who was born in Saudi Arabia.

Well, you're wrong. He was killed in completely justified self defense and hopefully the innocent men being railroaded in a political prosecution will find justice and be acquitted.

Judge was prepared to slap those boys with a guilty for killing the jog- Arbery (can't call him a jogger anymore, whoops) while he wasn't doing his burglaries. Citizen's Arrest laws got them pinned.

The Judge tried every thing they could to tilt the trial in the Prosecutor's favor, including a ton of reversible error. Appeals are for losers, but at least they have grounds if it goes that way. Funny though how the radicals are always guilty of the misdeeds they accuse others of perpetrating.

in defense of the EP and ecumenical unity, the american government has Constantinople in a bind over a couple matters, the church at the WTC being one of them
