it's the initial providing of the gun involved with a death that he is charged with. Charged twice once for each of the people killed. Technically that should only be one charge, because it was only provided once (even though it's a bogus charge since Kyle was legal to have it, and if legal to have it, legal to use it in self defense).

It's a bogus charge brought by the real clown of this show, Binger, who tried to get him to plead down to just 1 charge, which is what it should of been filed as to start with.
That is really ridiculous. The deaths were ruled justified, and Kyle himself was cleared of the gun charge. Dominick's lawyers should be able to build a pretty strong case.

Binger reminds me of Pamela Bozanich, failed prosecutor in the first Menendez trial and the embarrassment that was the McMartin Preschool trial.

I suspect Binger will end up like her, grovelling at the oppurtunity to appear in every documentary and retrospective on the case for the next 20 years, trying to re-write himself as the hero.

From what I've heard, Binger threatened that weak ass judge with appealing him throwing out the charge against Kyle and the one against Dominic, if he threw out the one against Dominic. So the Judge didn't throw it out, out of hand.... Dominic's team will likely file a motion that he'll have to rule on one way or the other.

So Best Buy is offering mental health services for those traumatized by the verdict.
I just can't get over the job title. I'm glad I'm lucky not to work in the private sector and deal with people with job titles like that.

The people being traumatised by it, are those that are being mentally derranged and mislead by the media and social media bubbles.

Not by justice taking place.

New Kyle interview dropped

This woman asking if Kyle reads every death threat he gets and to please go over every gory detail of how they've threatened to kill you
Also interesting in this interview, Kyle clarifies his stance on BLM
When asked what about their cause he supports he says "their right to peacefully protest". She asks several times, trying to get him to say something more but he just sticks with that one answer.

Clearly, he doesn't support what they stand for, just their rights

She went pretty hard on him and I'm impressed that he was able to handle it so well. Hopefully he doesn't cave under the excessive media spotlight.

According to Rackets, Dominic Black (Kyle's friend) had a hearing today (yesterday?) He's charged with two weapons related charges, either of which could land him in prison, not just jail.

Binger is prosecuting the case, and Shroeder is presiding. Binger told Shroeder he would appeal the decision to drop Kyle's weapons charge. It wouldn't affect Kyle because of double jeopardy, but it would financially burden Black with the appeal process.

Binger is big mad at Kyle, so he's taking his faggot rage out on Dominic.
That charge got tossed because it didn't fucking apply and Binger fucking knew that when he brought it. It wasn't a short barrel rifle. Goddamn, I hope Dominic's lawyer was paying attention. Binger is overcharging, overstepping and HE FUCKING KNOWS IT.

Rate me MATI (oh wait you can't), but this really pisses me off...

Binger really wants that bar complaint it seems.

Binger is exactly the kind of vindictive asshole that will try his best to turbo-fuck this kid (Dominic) no matter the outcome, but extra hard if Kyle slips from his grasp.

Usually I enjoy being proven correct, but this day my gift of prophesy brings no joy. This Binger is a coward and a bully, using the power of his office to victimize the innocent to salve his ego. He should be fired, given a severence package of tar and feathers, then run directly out of town on a rail.

Kyle got to meet Donald Trump! I will say the one thing I really admired president 45 for was standing up for Kyle right away despite criticism from the media and them pressuring him to disavow. Trump called it self defense and a jury agreed. He has way more guts than most republicans. I think Florida is going to be a great place for Kyle to start over.

"...has a picture of kim jong in his office..." Is a Binger of a statement, you are leaving out that Trump is also in the picture. The Pissrael part I wholeheartedly agree with however, sick of this AIPAC uniparty bullshit.

I wonder if a lot of Kyle's post-trial comments (i.e. BLM) are done in order to set up the groundwork for lawsuits against the media corporations who slandered him as a white supremacist?
Nick Sandmann said he wasn't able to sue over claims he was racist and that he was told that was considered an opinion. A lot of internet lawyers seem to back that up and say Kyle probably wouldn't have a case there.

It's kinda sad that these are the heroes of the anti-left. A fat old 1%er and a Call of Duty fanboy who shot up a couple of tribesmen (look up the names). This kid is going to be getting girl's phone numbers like Ted Bundy just for appearing in court on TV, and all he did was shoot wildly into the night at some leftist cucks.

What happened the classical ideal of a hero and the heroes journey? This is what the timeline has given us instead, these soft doughy looking dudes who got famous by being edgy to the nth degree. I wish I could hop on the Farms one day and see a thousand page thread about Grizzly Adams or Roll Fizzlebeef.

I find it amazing how so many people try to paint Kyle as this /pol/ superhero man of legend, when the man himself has a view of himself as a guy who had to do what he had to do to survive, and just wants to go back to his normal life. If anything, he only goes public to explain his side of the story, and doesn’t want to be part of any ideological conflicts.
