Do you really think it will go to a jury? If I were his lawyer, I'd be looking for a plea deal of some sort. Charles Whitman had a necrotic tumor pressing against his skull. He was literally pleading with a doctor for an X-ray because he hit his wife, they delayed his autopsy for a while and the tumor was pecan sized. There was a lot of medical misconduct involved with that case. He wrote a really long note about why he was doing it and that he couldn't understand his actions, he demanded an autopsy that only happened after a few people caught wind of it. Dude killed his wife, mom, and dog because he didn't want them to live with what he did.

That case is really tragic to me. Basically hits the shit lottery of a small tumor causing you to feel flashes of rage and an uncaring physician while you batter the only person willing to believe you against your own will.

You are absolutely right, they would NEVER charge him as a domestic terrorist, because he's tangentially tied to the Black Hebrew Israelites and BLM. They CANNOT risk Antifa / BLM or any of the other Blackshirts being terrorists to enter the zeitgeist. Nor can they risk the idea of a black anti-white racist, yet alone an anti-white hate crime, entering the zeitgeist.
