Like I said in an earlier post, that's Indiana's age of consent. Although I don't know if it covers a huge age difference like that.

This is very true even if you don't save anything and then use a tool to wipe the disk some of what you were doing, some pictures or web pages that you looking at are still retrievable by some forensic tools.
I won't get specific, But the act of attempting to wipe the evidence on the drive is then used as more evidence I believe.

I believe the address came from a receipt blog dedicated to this guy. There are a lot of James Terry Mitchell's in Muncie, IN just by looking at white pages. He may have had it on his Facebook at some point; I'm not sure where that receipt blog actually got it from, but because he posts so much information about himself on every social media outlet (and uses the same username), I personally would guess he leaked his own info.

Also I think he confirmed on this thread that it was his.
