He'll probably spend more than a year in County Jail waiting to accept whatever plea deal he's offered and the day they bring him in for sentencing will most likely totally coincidentally be a day when some other big thing happens that distracts from it. That's the first possibility, the one where he shuts his mouth, listens to his LOLyer, and accepts his fate. The other possibility is he starts writing letters and talking on the phone espousing BLM shit from his jail cell. If he does that they'll "suicide" him. Either way, that'll be that, and its back to regular programming.

They might get their wish anyway from another incident where an NFL jogger in Vegas got drunk, went for a drive and promptly ran over (and killed) a woman and her dog. He was going 156 mph on a regular city street when he killed them.

They're only charging him with DUI and reckless driving; they're not even trying for manslaughter. And the judge set his bond at $150k and house arrest, which naturally he was easily able to afford. He's already missed mandatory alcohol breath tests and gone back to court over it, though he was just "sternly scolded" and cut loose again. The prosecutor was kind enough to add a couple more charges though -- another DUI count and a misdemeanor for having a gun with him while he was drunk. Max sentence he faces if convicted on all counts? 40 years.

Scuttlebutt is the locals are fucking pissed. While none of them will admit it publicly, several local news stations have let slip that they've gotten quite a few calls from angry locals flatly telling them if this asshole walks, he'll be dead within a week. If that actually happens, imagine the wailing we'll get from the dems and MSM about it.

It's actually worse than that, he didn't just run them over - the woman and her dog were in her car and perished in an accident that he caused due to his intoxicated state, unsafe speed and presumably distracted driving. Infact if I remember correctly they were both trapped in the car [because it barely resembled a car at that point] and burned to death. And what was he doing? Drunkenly sobbing on the curb like a retard while his girlfriend screamed for someone to call the paramedics because her boyfriend had a bump on his head, from the crash that he caused. From my understanding he had minor injuries - and sure, he probably wasn't thinking particularly clearly at that moment, but he could have made an effort to run over and see if he could get the victim out of the car or help in any way. None of the bystanders did either, and chances are given the state of the vehicle unless you're a fireman with the jaws of life, it would've been for naught but at least making a fucking effort would sort of reflect better on his character.

Just the latest in a long line - just recently another NFL player got in some shit because he threw his girlfriend/possibly wife[?] into a fucking television set, after bludgeoning her possibly infront of their kid.
