Chick Tracts, even though they were ham fisted and tone deaf, always had a narrative arc. There was a naive or fallen protagonist who would choose sin and then subsequently find salvation. There were a few outliers, but it was almost always like that. It wasn't just 4 panels with witty takedowns of satan.

His ad is so jarring. Why do kids sound like first draft ad copy? Come to think of it, all of his characters have the exact same voice.

The message is getting hammered into your skull with a monotonous droning gospel and there is no intrigue: you know how the comic is going to end even before you lay your eyes on the page.

Before TVTropes removed Assigned Male from it's So Bad It's Horrible section, it was compared to Billy the Heretic.

It’s good standard practice for any woke grifting since it deflects any criticisms they may get.

To be honest they can just pretend they hired them, it makes no difference and if they want to be super grifty pay themselves for being a sensitivity reader and declare the readers want to remain anonymous.

Two years ago the kids would have been pilloried as racists for calling a negro a bigot. I find it interesting that LaBelle feels empowered to tell a black trans "girl's" story while simultaneously lecturing people about stealing the voices of marginalized people. I wonder if Billy ever noticed how all the high profile troons are white...

Just a suspicion, but I think troons don't like the idea of individual products b/c the value is only realized once and that means they'd have to make more things.
I think troon-optimal is to make something reproducible (indiegame, comic, etc) and then get paid multiple times not so much for the product but for guilting the gullible by bitching on social media how terrible the world is

When a Canadian artist heads for New York or California, their content ceases to be Canadian.
But heading for Finland doesn't count because that's not where the money is.

Anti anything blockchain is current environmentalist party line because it uses too much electricity.

Troons appear to be following every lefty party line without thinking.
But they get to set the party line for all things troon.

No conspiratorial "coordination" necessary.
They don't follow orders, they just follow a simple algorithm.
