What is it with commie countries and literally everyone needing to have dashcams to catch these scammers?

My favorite of these is from Russia where someone tried this on some Crazy Ivan, who then just got out of the car and beat the shit out of the guy.

I actually just found one even better. The Russkie literally just fucking runs him over.

There's another funny one near the end where someone is getting ready to do a dive into the scam victim's car but instead gets run over by a car going in the other direction.
