I think this boils my piss more than anything else. No it isn't fucker, this is a high school science class. You are being paid to teach kids about magnets. You are entirely free to have your shitty opinions but keep them the fuck out of class. You don't even get the excuse that college professors get where you can put some blame on the students for electing to join that class/school because this is a fucking high school where the kids are effectively forced to be there. And god forbid if you really feel that this is worth discussing then allow the kids to ask questions and make it an actual teaching moment - shutting down the kid as they raise their hand just shows that you have no interest in education, at least when it comes to this topic.

Not pursuing defamation lawsuits is extremely naive considering the lawsuits that are coming for him from the families or unrelated rioters.

The general outrage dies out quickly, but he'll keep being tied into future stories about shootings, woke professors and groups will still call him a white supremacist if they know there's no consequences, and local woke people will still work to keep him out of any school or job when they learn of him trying.

If Kyle ends up broke, destitute and denied any education, it'l be his own fault for letting it happen at this point.

so far these suits have targeted the city/state government, not kyle himself. i don't think they'll come at him personally with suits, because he's just some kid with no assets so they wouldn't be able to collect anything even if their suit succeeded. much better to sue the city, cause then you can actually collect the millions you're asking for.
