He already has one according to a few posters to maintain they never interacted with him and were blocked. Unless he's doing it manually and I would not put 9 hour blackout drunk twitter stalk sessions in 'enemy's' likes beyond Gunt.

IIRC, his mother was in the hospital for a fairly simple procedure, got out of bed post procedure, fell and hit her head. Thus causing brain bleed. I know Ethan talked about suing the hospital and when he started taking all the trips to Vegas, I wondered if he has quietly settled with the hospital and signed an NDA about bad mouthing them ,rather than an expensive court case. I probably just have an over active imagination, but it is not out of the realm of possibility that Ethan, desperate for cash, settled. He would remain quiet, not wanting any creditors to be put on alert...

For context, Nick Fuentes started to obsessively stalk tweets critical of him, or tweets even lightly ribbing him, and would sit there and manually block every person who liked or responded to a tweet. Sometimes he would sit there and manually block hundreds and hundreds of accounts a day. So it's funny Ralph has adopted the same behavior.

I'm not sure if he's blocked the entire poa.st instance on the Fediverse or if he's manually blocking accounts because my poast account was blocked by him but I never interacted with him directly. So he's doing this on Twitter, the entire Fediverse, and probably Gab as well. So he's spending a lot of time across multiple social media platforms searching for anything critical of him so he can block it and not have to see any criticism. "Ralphamale!" lmao

I was having a routine thing done there at the hospital and I heard this half dead jew looking broad moaning about her useless son stealing her pills and I peeked in the room and it was old sandra. Now i really dislike jews, women and ralph, so i pissed on the bitch as she was moaning in her bed about the "dumb stupid fucking son" of hers and I had to piss way more than i thought i did, and i heard some doctors approaching so i might have pissed on the floor a little bit. Last thing i heard her say was something about me paying her more attention than that fat little manlet did, and something about nora shitting all over her yard.
