She probably has a gallbladder issue and all the fast food she eats is fucking up her digestive system. Can't think of any other reason why someone would be that close to shitting themselves all day

She may benefit from a turbinate reduction. Turbinate issues will cause the inability to breather properly through the nose. Being an obeast coked fiend doesn’t help either.

It's not productive discussing what possible bodily issues she may have when being a fat crackhead fuck is more than enough to explain almost any health issue. Internal organ issues and her shits are just a byproduct of her 24/7 gorging of fatty foods that would insta kill a Victorian era child.

She actually had her gallbladder removed at a relatively young age ( was it 17?). This compounded by her horrendous diet certainly contributes to her umm...issues.

To be fair what else is there to talk about? Her new cycle of streaming with Nader pretending to have a good time then the next day shit talk him behind his back to her VIB hugbox. Also oftentimes pretending she is going to leave him forever when we know she is visiting him the same day. She constantly blatantly lies every time she streams we would be discussing which lie is the bigger lie.
