And afaik (but no longer know the exact link since threads there goes extremely fast) some people on /vg/ mentions that he is the one who act friendly with PL on the semi-private Discord but will gladfully shits on him on 4chan /vp/ and /vg/ (where PL no longer posts there anyways).

All of the Character Rares and Character Secret Rares match up to a card in the main set and feature characters that are tied to the Pokemon in question (or, in the case of unnamed NPCs like the lady fishing in Octillery's CR print and the Cafe Master in Alcremie's CR print, where the Pokemon's theme makes sense).
The problem with Leaf's inclusion in this set is that, as far as I can tell, there aren't any Pokemon in this set that could be tied to her in any meaningful way. The closest potential Character Rares I could find are Flareon and Jolteon but these have high chance of being paired up with Blue/Green (the rival character) due to him starting out with Eevee in Yellow and being visible on the set's pack art.

I can’t help but feel bad for him for the most part. He’s trapped in his own personal hell that he made for himself. At least with most waifuists, they don’t seem to care how popular or liked their respective 2D girl is, but here he seems to need constant validation with the whole card thing. Among other things.

I doubt it's him because that tripcode has never been used before, and I'm not sure why he would do something like that because it would (if real) burn his bridge with PL. But it's possible, cosmos is a different breed.

This is a fun little conversation in which PL mentions that he smells cats, goes through a little thought experiment on whether or not he'd fight a dog over a leaf figurine and shows off his intense need to be the winner, even if there isn't a competition. Nothing new here, but kinda funny

I imagine PL lives in a really shitty rundown apartment full of methheads so his screams are probably par for the course of living there. You know it's pretty bad if he's complaining it smells like shit, since if it smells bad even by his standards, it's probably a sign that something's fucked up with the plumbing and the slumlord hasn't bothered to have it fixed.

I'm not really surprised. When I was checking section 8 apartments, most tenants complained that their managers didn't care about fixing stuff (from common thing such as fixing water leaks to enforcing rules or even do something about drug dealings). It seems to be pretty normal for these type of apartments to have the low of the lowest, I'm sad for the people who need somewhere to live and have to put up with stuff like this.
Anyway. Weeks ago I was looking through his twitter to see if I could find any pictures or tweets that could give me more clues about where he lives. I found some pictures (from last year), that seemed a bit interesting.
I think this one is from March 2020, when everyone was scared of covid (which I guess explains the do not cross lines). I didn't find a park with these characteristics (the benches in frot of what seems to be a water body of some kind, the yellow and blue slide, swings with that shape, the green thing and whatever the beige structure behind it is) in Madisonville, I might need to look harder though.
I also don't know how much this one could help, but the lights on this post are arranged in an interesting way so it might also be a clue.

Don't think PL is complaining about the apartment per se, so much as the tap water. He mentions the smell coming from faucets and sinks, which is most commonly caused by contaminated water (e.g. sulfur compound from bacteria). From his descriptions of "the smell being so bad it's made his bedroom unlivable", I'd guess that means either his bedroom is adjacent to a kitchen dining room or bathroom. So it's probably a pretty small apartment.
PL's shared a number of pictures of his living space: it's definitely cluttered, and he has a habit of destroying things and damaging the walls/doors during sperg fits, but I wouldn't say his living conditions are 'dirty' from what we've seen. At least not like 'heaps of moldering garbage inside the living space'.
