Magnus' new design is not how I thought Billy would evolve him. At the very least, he's somewhat visually interesting for once. I'd give him a joint, and make him the most cynical I could. In fact, he should dump Ciel, clearly the two are too different. You can't date someone who's not somewhat on your level.
